I'm addicted

I visited Domo a few years back and it was great. Recently I've moved a mile away and now it's all I can think about. The ramen is delicious and I look forward to the side dishes of the day. Today the beef ramen was the hit of the table. The broth tasted extra-oniony, which I loved. The garden... read more

The place has the warmth of the great traditional restaurants, without trendy pretentions. The food was great, I mean, excelent. The menu is diverse and the food tasty. Great place to dining out with few friends or with your couple.

It's taken me far too long to "discover" Domo, and my words will be insufficient to describe just how perfect this experience is/was. My suggestion is to read all of the other wonderful reviews and accept that I think they're understated. This is as close to perfection as one can achieve and I applaud the proprietor and staff for their... More

We stopped in for dinner. We called ahead and they do not do reservations. Restaurant is right off the highway! The building and decor has a very authentic feel! It was an hour wait. Other parties were seated ahead of us, do to seating availability. We were a family of 5. You get an option of outside the garden or... More

I love Domo! The food and decor transport me instantly back to Japan, to traditional meals and country houses that look like this - rustic and beautiful, with lots of wood and Japanese antiques. There is a beautiful little garden, curved bridge and shrine. There's even a museum on the premises! I especially love the ramen noodles, teriyaki chicken and... More

I visited this restaurant with a group of coworkers. I was not at all impressed. I asked the waiter for some lemon for the water that was already on the table. He said he would ask. Ask? When he returned sans lemon, he said he wasn't allowed to bring out lemon. What? I have never heard of such a thing.... More

I've been here about four times just because my friends keep wanting to go. Every time I go with my friends they say it's their last time here and it's over rated. Generally the food is okay. The price is average. Out of all the four times I've been here most of their food is way too salty. Whether it... More

Domo is traditional Japanese. I've never been to Japan, so I can't independently verify this, but it's a wonderful experience and a wonderful eatery. There is also a Japanese country museum and a traditional Japanese garden, but the food makes Domo a unique dining experience.

After landing in Denver for a trip to Summit County we stopped with some friends who picked us up at the airport and one recommended Domo. We had a great lunch. The salmon on my entree was great and the tuna on my wife's was amazing. I loved hearing how great the ramen was compared to what the teenagers eat.... More

Decor and ambiance was great. I got the shoyu ramen with a little spice. It was pretty spicy. Noodles were very well made. Egg is extra, and it's not a typical ramen egg which was disappointing. It was a fried egg. Also, one of my friends tried to order a ramen noodle with no pork and no chicken and the... More
