Quality beer selection, OK food

I'm not much of a beer fan, but greatly enjoyed the stout I had there a few nights ago. While I can't recall the name and they don't have them listed on their website, it had a delicious blend of chocolate, coffee, and oak. Food was just OK. I got the bison burger and got it cooked as recommended... read more

Two random strangers on the street recommended this place to us, so glad they did. Great pub food, delicious beer, not too pricey and just an awesome group of people working . So friendly and helpful. Super comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

Went to Wynkoop Brewery twice. Had the the Burger once and the Mac and cheese once. Enjoyed both of the meals. Tried four different beers and was not overly impressed. They all seemed to be on the lighter side with not a lot of the flavors that were in the descriptions. Next time in Denver I will seek out and... More

They have the most amazing pastrami sandwich I have ever had! If you go away hungry, it's your own fault.

It was a fun brewery. A lot of energy but very crowded. There are definitely breweries that I would recommend over Wynkoop.

Don't go for the food. Quite limited menu. For example no chef salad or Cobb salad. Few cold sandwich choices And few lower calorie items

Wynkoop is a Denver staple. We have always made this place a weekend go to and have had so many great times here. The beers and the best and the food is fantastic. The pool hall upstairs in one of the nicest we hav seen around the country. Everyone that works here knows their stuff and can recommend exactly what... More

We were a party of four and so much looked good, we ordered five entrees to split. The fish and chips were a stand out. Mac and Cheese was OK. The 50/50 burger was good and the Short Rib Poutine was good, too. We followed with peanut butter pie, apple pie and pear/spice cake. The first two were good and... More

When in Denver I always come in for a few pints. They have a good selection and the bartenders know their beers. I like the old place feel of the bar. The food is good and reasonable in price but I usually get just a snack to go with my beers.

Thanks to visiting Wynkoop I can say Denver offers some great beer! There are a lot of brewery options downtown but we were recommended here by a local. We really enjoyed the beer and atmosphere. Friendly, helpful, easy going staff- what you should expect at a brewery. We did not try any food, but we were impressed with their pours.
