A friend of mine was going to go to Paris this year, but took a ride in an ambulance instead, wiping out the budget. So my wife, daughter and I took her to Le Central instead. We had been there for the valentines day special and totally loved it! That time we had duck breast and my wife had steak.... More

We enjoyed our meal at Le Central. It happened to be Bastille Day and they were offering a special tasting menu paired with wines. Mussels were excellent and the rest of the food was delicious. We will definitely return!

I used to enjoy coming here now I don't anymore. Their food has really gone down hill. If you get anything else but the mussels you might be disappointed. The wait staff is very good. One time during a snow storm they didn't have mussels delivered so I had something else and it wasn't good.

Wish i could say that our experience was excellent like other folks. I had been to Denver previously and enjoyed this place and talked a group of friends into going. This time though the service totally overshadowed the food, which to be fair, was good. First the good, the escargot appetizers were tasty. Though one was not quite like the... More

I've had the dinner reservations along with cooking lesson here as well as brunch on many occasions. I have to say, while I do love the food it can be hit or miss for the quality on brunch days. Some days the food is great, others it's like whoever was in the kitchen that day was just phoning it in.... More

My sisters and I enjoyed a delicious lunch here over the Easter weekend. It definitely lived up to its reputation! The staff was friendly but not overly fussy and the chef came out to check the quality of our orders, which is always refreshing.

Most people do not think of Denver when they think of great places for mussels. Le Central literally sells tons every month. Read the other reviews and order at your discretion. However, before you order, take a look around to see buckets of mussels on most every table. Oh...endless frites w/mussels, as well, for $11 total. My favorite mussel joint.... More

I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 30 years. It is truly one of the most incredible experiences in Denver if you love French food. One of the staples of the place are the muscles. The have at least a dozen varieties and if you love muscles, you can't go wrong with any of them. The greatest meal... More

A friend of mine introduced me to Le Central, in downtown Denver and I’m glad he did. I travel weekly on business and am always looking for authentic and special places to eat and relax after a long day with clients. Le Central exceeded my expectations. Went on a Tuesday evening for their wine tasting dinner and was WOWed. Five... More

So great to be accommodated on Mother's Day without a reservation or need to have preset menu. We arrived before the crowds on a snowy day, which is why they may have had room. Upon leaving the place was hopping with many families waiting. Still had excellent attention, service and food even without reservation. Thanks for that and it made for... More
