We ate here both for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Wthey have a great happy hour menu of small plates. The fried Brussel sprouts are delicios, as is the calamari and seated scallop. It was a very reasonable meal, and the bar was busy. The breakfast/ brunch menu is eclectic, with the standard 2 egg breakfast and french toast,... More

This is a NORTHERN Italian restaurant! They don't offer "normal" Italian food like spaghetti with meatballs. (They tell you they can make it, but the noodles are strange & different and the meat sauce is maybe veal or something with a drizzling of bland something sparse sauce. Not normal, tasty tomato sauce with real ground beef.) Overall they offer trendy... More

We dine in wonderful restaurants often but this one was off the charts! Some of the best food we've had recently. Top notch service, wine selection, and did I mention the food!! Men wore nice shirts, slacks, and jacket. A few diners came in off the street dressed in shorts and tee shirts and looked uncomfortable compared to others. It's... More

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us. Our veal is local and grass fed, which is a major factor in the taste and presentation of the dish. Thank you for the feedback and we look forward to having you back. More

I went late at night because I had not had dinner yet, but wanted just something small before going to bed in the hotel next-door which had already closed it's restaurant. This was an excellent choice because I had a wonderful soup that was very tasty and then a side dish which was just as lovely and was just what... More

Just had a FABULOUS evening with 3 female friends delecting various wines and having a storm cooked up right in front of us at the illustrous "chef's table". The Brussels sprouts are an absolute must! We enjoyed the high quality of the food as well as the impeccable, attentive and entertaining service. Well done, Panzano, that's the way!

Thank you for the kind remarks. Our chef team and service staff take great pride in the product that they provide to our guests. Couldn't agree more, I think the Chef''s counter is the best seat in the house. Thanks for choosing to have your girls night with us and we look forward to having you back ! More

We travel to Denver several times a year and never miss the opportunity to dine at Panzano's. Over the years we have never been let down whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night drinks. The seasonally inspired offerings, the attentive and professional waitstaff and the knowledgeable wine list make Panzano's an exceptional experience!

Good atmosphere although a little loud, friendly personnel and decent wine list but oh boy was the taste of the dishes I tried mediocre. Tried the fried brussels sprouts which I found a little too chewy, the pistachios not crisp enough (as if a day old) and over usage of rosemary salt. Nice idea of trying to balance hearty, sweet and... More
