Fantastic.

Great southern comfort food. Small place so get there early. Also cash only so be prepared. Portions are huge and food was delicious. Will be back.

I have been reading about Tom's for a while and finally my husband and I made it there today. These are high calorie, well salted and fatted meals served with very friendly smiles. This restaurant is only open 11:30 until the food runs out. My husband came by in the evening a found this out. So we had to concentrate... More

I've never tried southern food before so the guys were great explaining the simple menu. People of all colours were lined up around the corner. The fried chicken was great I tried the turkey & BBQ pork as well. Huge servings simple menu. Pretty awesome. Must go if you are in Denver its close to the city and friendly guys... More

Is the Welton Street Cafe open? Try there. These folks give you large portions of mediocre "southern" food at a relatively high price ($14 in a carry-out box). They serve lots of lunches to folks who want lots of fat, salt, and sugar. Maybe the meat is fresh but that's all. Don't do this. You are looking at tripadvisor so... More

Having been married for almost 30 years to my wife who is from Georgia, I've had my fair share of southern cooking when visiting the in-laws. This is pretty good for Denver, but doesn't come close to cooking I've had around Georgia/South Carolina.

Sorry folks, this restaurant offers heaping plates of decent food. Yes, some of this food is similar to what you will find in the South. But real soul/Southern food is so much better and generally not out of a can or a freezer. It is ok food, but definitely not the real deal. I hate to break it to you,... More

The three of us ate a snack here on the first night of our US road trip and really enjoyed the fresh food, good beer, friendly, sports bar atmosphere. Good value and good place to go.

This restaurant is amazing! We try to eat here at least once when visiting our daughter and her family. Everything is tasty. I recommend the chicken fried steak, okra, BBQ pork, mac and cheese, and peach cobbler. Actually, everything is great. Also, the restaurant is very family friendly.

Everything I have tried here is amazing. The place serves up the best chicken fried steak and mac and cheese I've ever had anywhere. The chicken, sirloin tips, collards, peach cobler and banana pudding are all stellar. I'm just glad it's quite a ways from my work or I'd be three times my size :)
