Since 1978, Jerusalem Restaurant has created an environment where good food is enjoyed in good company. Indulge in sensational desserts prepared by our kitchen. Or enjoy mouth watering Lamb Shanks that literally falls off the bone. At Jerusalem Restaurant we pride ourselves on offering our guests genuine hospitality with a casual environment that's perfect for any occasion. It's a "home away from home" for those that are familiar with Falafel and Gyros. We look forward to serving you again and again and we thank our "regulars" from the bottom of our hearts! Without you all, we would be nothing.

Very Good

Jerusalem has always met up to its expectations. The serve generous portions, and the humus is excellent. Depending when you go, it seems like they are busy but they do a great job taking care of all customers, if your taking out or dining in.

Upon arriving in Denver during the season's first snow storm, I was famished! My friend asked how hungry I was........starving but for flavorful savory food! The Jerusalem Restaurant was the perfect choice! A small sit down area (and outside patio) was decorated in a fun yet tasteful casual decor. Family owned and operated, the staff was extremely welcoming and expedient!... More

We ordered food for pickup. The food was very good and the sizes were generous. I did have to wait 15 minutes on top of the originally quoted 20 minutes.

We were a group of seven squeezing in a meal before a DU hockey game. They quickly got us a table which was great because this place is always hopping. The service was excellent and friendly. I took the waiter up on his recommendation which did not disappoint. Our guests from out of town were a bit nervous when they... More

Jerusalem offers a nice little surprise. The food is delicious...of course the classic lamb shank being the best. The desserts are also yummy. Conveniently located at evans and university Blvd...this is a must for every foodie. Thumbs up from us

Small restaurant with a nice variety of Middle Eastern items on the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious--beef and lamb gyros, chicken kabobs and chicken scharma (sp?). All served with rice and warm pita bread. Cucumber salad with yogurt and mint was excellent and a good side for our dishes. Great pastry selection to finish the meal.

I talked to a few locals who love this restaurant but I didn't really like it. A bunch of us shared a couple combination platters. The meat was cold, chewy, and unrecognizable. Other items were greasy. I had a bellyache after dinner. I wouldn't recommend :(

The food here is superb. The gyro I had is the best I have ever eaten. Friends ordered hummus with bread everything was home made. Indoor or out side dining. Customer service was grand. The culture deserts were the greatest, only problem was what to choose.

I went here for lunch and it looked pretty shabby. I sat in the outdoor seating with friends. We arranged the tables ourselves before a waitress came outside and gave us menus. The waitress never spoke more than a few words to us. The water came out in paper coke cups. I was concerned that the food would not be... More

This is a solid choice for lunch or pick-up. The inside is of the hole-in-the-wall variety, but the food is so good! Prices vary from modest to extravagant, depending on your choice of food. Haven't tried the sweets yet, but thy look very enticing.
