I am a regular at Steuben's and Ace (Denver, CO staple restaurants as well), as I work a block away, but had never gone to Vesta. I must say the food was exceptional. Definitely try the meat and cheese platter. I also had the Venison-absolutely awesome. I was with my family so we all tried various sauces there was a... More

Definite must visit while in Denver. Unique sauces prepared but eh chef accompany EVERY dish to accent the already perfect meal presented before you. Trust the wait staff to recommend and suggest the meal, based on specialties and fresh ingredients delivered that day. End the meal with the Pot de creme covered in a fresh made salted caramel ice cream...OVER.... More

Was catching up with a very dear friend and we couldn't have picked a better place than Vesta's. The food was amazing but if your vegetarian, your options (if any) will be limited. Try to get the waiter who reminds you of John Leguizamo, he pointed out all of his favourites at each course and all of them were excellent.... More

We visited with all our kids in tow (and another family member). Everyone left exceptionally happy with their food. One of our party has a peanut allergy and after our waiter found that out, her checked every item we ordered to see if peanut oil or any other issue would come up. Vesta has nice feature on the kid's menu... More

The food was very good, this is sort of a different dining experience if you are looking to try something. The entrees were very good and with the multitude of dipping sauce options it's pretty hard to have a bad meal.

I was here years ago one time. I had duck breast and it was very good. But I recall not being blow away. I do recall it was pricey and very dark inside. Reminded me of 9th Door which I love.

Terrible mark-ups on Wine Prices! Interesting concept with all the dipping sauce options. Disappointed they discontinued the entree which was featured on the Travel Channel (that's why I came there and wanted to order). Pretty dark and very loud inside to have an enjoyable dinner.

My wife and I went to the Vesta Dipping Grill on the first night of our honeymoon after making reservations via Open Table, and were greeted by the maitre d' with congratulations and by our server with (gratis) glasses of champagne. Classy and downright sweet. Vesta was the perfect place to come on this special night given the sensuousness of... More

We always stop in here when we get the chance as they have one of the bars and bartenders in Denver. The food is great and unique. We love the dipping sauces and the creative new and old style cocktails. The people that work there are nice, friendly and very attentive. Great place we will be back.

I love this idea. Dip a bunch of food into a bunch of different sauces. A different bite each time. Wonderful. We ordered the pupu platter - loved the duck wings (preselected sauces just ok) and the flatbread with our choice of sauces. The chimicurri, the tzatziki, and the berry chutney were AMAZING. I could drink them. I'm surprised I... More
