I will start by saying that I am not a huge fan of the "dipping" concept, but this place blew me away!!! The overall experience is perfect. The staff is awesome and the ambiance is second to none! I have been here a few times and it is consistently great! They might be a bit pricier but you get what... More

we had a reservation and arrived early thus was given a large booth seat. Very comfortable! Food was expensive but really interesting. I enjoyed the chinese pork belly thoroughly.. Caramelized charred sides with melt-in-the mouth fats! OMG. Both my friend and I enjoyed the blue crab salad and butter fish risotto. We shared the dessert: hazalnut pot de creme too.... More

First of all, this place was PACKED... for s very good reason. I was lucky to get a reservation at 6:30 because by 7ish, it was full. Our server, Patrick, was stellar in fully explaining the microbrew options and the menu. Kudos to him for being professional, courteous and really knowing "his stuff". We opted for ordering a bunch of... More

They have a good variety of dishes which you can vary even more by varying the sauces -- with 2 sauces coming with the small plates and 3 with the large plates. Waiter was very pleasant and helpful in recommending alternative sauces when we chose not to have the ones recommended by the chef. Scallops were extremely fresh and tender,... More

Went here with a coworker for a dinner. Followed the rest of the reviews that the pork belly appetizer was the way to start. Absolutely correct. We both agreed it was the best part of the meal, which is unfortunate as there was plenty of meal yet to come. Set in what appears to be an old warehouse, the decor... More

The food was mostly excellent (my steak was very good...but not top-tier steakhouse great) and we didn't even really need the extra dipping sauces. However, they do add an interesting dimension to each dish and allowed us to change the fundamental nature of each bite of each dish. Kindof fun. The venison was insanely good. The flat-bread + dipping sauce... More

Enjoyed a nice dinner with co-workers here. The appetizers are perfect for sharing among a group. The meat and cheese tray was my favorite part.

Had the flatbread and five dipping sauces and was underwhelmed. The cheese tray was fine. After these two dishes we were full. So maybe it is the full entrees that have received the good ratings. Also, had to read the menu by flashlight!

Oh god, the sauces! High quality food and ingredients highlight the seasonal menu. The venison tenderloin was unbelievably tender (one of the best meals I have ever had in a restaurant). The meat and cheese plate was a great way to sample sauces. The sauces were creative and wonderful. The service was top notch. The location is near other neat... More
