Oh god, the sauces! High quality food and ingredients highlight the seasonal menu. The venison tenderloin was unbelievably tender (one of the best meals I have ever had in a restaurant). The meat and cheese plate was a great way to sample sauces. The sauces were creative and wonderful. The service was top notch. The location is near other neat... More

Four of us went to the Vesta Dipping Grill to celebrate a special occasion. The service was both exceptional and friendly. Since one in our party had been to this restaurant on many occasions, we were able to meet the chef who also brought us small samples of a couple of his special dishes. The cheese and meat sampler dish... More

Like the title says you get what you pay for here. The food has the quality that their prices would demand. The sauces are much more of a secondary thing then one would expect given the name. The pork belly app is a must try. They will melt in your mouth. The atmosphere is a bit loud but it also... More

One of the best eating experiences I ever had! Fascinating concept of getting your meat and then trying a vast array of dipping sauces. Patrick our server was excellent and knew the menu to perfection. Appetizers were Chinese bbq pork belly, cheese and cured meats and caramelized wild mushrooms and pecorino. Delicious! Choices of entrée meats included beef, duck, venison... More

Being a sauce/condiment/dipping kind of girl myself this restaurant was absolute heaven for me. They have dipping sauces with every item including dessert! It just made every dish very well-rounded and you felt like you got a chance to create the dish perfect for your own palate while getting a wide variety of flavors in just one meal. And the... More

Vesta Dipping Grill is a great place for appetizers/drinks or dinner. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the menu is diverse and different then other places. The dipping sauces are delicious and you can try a variety of them with your meal. It's a little pricy but great for a special night out on the town.

Part of the fun at this beautiful restaurant is reading the menu. They very obligingly explain every dipping sauce on the back of the menu so the only surprise is how delicious they all are. I kept it simple with the salmon over soba noodles with a chimichurri sauce. Wow! The rest of our table raved about the ahi and... More

Two couples with 4 teenage kids. Food was excellent. Kids loved all the dipping sauces. The most Celiac- friendly restaurant I have seen as well. Highly recommend.
