Reservations were conveniently made for an evening meal. It was but a short walk from the 16th Street mall strip. I have to say that I particularly liked the madras grilled venison and the pineapple pedy marmalade was just superb. The wine from the Sonoma Russian River region was great too. Service was very good and not intrusive as we... More

Went to Vesta Dipping Grill for the first time after living in Denver for almost 2 years. Can't believe it took us this long to finally eat here. I think it might be our new favorite in town, and we have eaten at almost all the Top 10 rated places and like many of them a great deal. It was... More

This time we went with a new group of friends, actually those who live in Denver and hadn't visited. This restaurant is fun, immaginative and - how do I say this without sounding repetitive? it's just fun to try all the combinations. It's the perfect place for people who are willing to try new tastes and share. It may be... More

Good culinary experience, very noisy place. Nice combinations of unique flavors in sauces and food. We relied on the chefs recommendations for sauce combos. Nice wine list, from which we consumed a spanish rioja which was fantastic. Beet salad was very tasty. Scallops a bit mush for me, but wife liked them. Lamb shank average.

Our waiter was very helpful in our selections as we wanted to order just about everything. He also did a great job pairing the food and the wine. With the selection of sauces, every bite was an adventure.

We've eaten here several times and every time it has blown us away. The first time was a spur of the moment, walking by and ducked in for a meal. The place was booked solid so they sat us at the bar where we ended up being served by the manager who was filling in. Had the charcuterie plate (with... More

Tasty food. Recommend the shrimp appetizer. Had the salmon and it was also tasty. Staff was awesome as well. No complaints.

My husband and I were in Denver for business. While there, we wanted to have a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. I am a person who loves sauces and mixing flavors, so my husband was intrigued when he discovered this restaurant. We made reservations for a Monday evening, and found the place bustling when we arrived. We were given... More

Most of the dishes in the grill come with 3-4 different souses. “Suggested” souses come with a dish but you can peak and chose other souses. I though this was a neat idea and decided to try the place. I made a reservation for Saturday night but was late by about 30 minutes. The place was packed but I was... More

I took business clients there and people were really happy with the excellent food and service. Its a great building with exposed brick and the food and sauce combinations are very unique. The service is as good as you will find in Denver. I highly recommend this restaurant.
