This restaurant is great for vegans/vegetarians as well as for veggie-friendly meat-eaters. The menu selection is quite extensive so it was difficult to choose my entree. We went for Sunday brunch which was nice because you could order from either the brunch or lunch menu. I recommend the BBQ seitan wings as an appetizer.

Dined here for their Non-Profit Monday. Total scam on the participating non-profit. Many customers, and a good dining experience, but ultimately no percentage of sales were given to the nonprofit. Why? Because Watercourse requires a high, unattainable minimum sales, without disclosing to the nonprofit what their average daily sales truly are. End of story, charity losses, business wins. Avoid giving... More

A lovely eco-friendly atmosphere, very good service, and excellent food. I appreciate the variety of yummy and healthy vegan food. I had the black bean and sweet potato tacos, and my husband had the Caesar salad and french fries. We both enjoyed our meals very much.

Really I'm not vegan, just wanted local fare, with vegetarian dishes available. But this place makes vegan food so good we did not realize we were eating an entire vegan meal. So delicious I wish I lived here to eat daily. Seriously good , we all tried each others, meat eaters even loved every dish. and all had diff. desserts,... More

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the botanic gardens and the Chihuly exhibit. Our dining companions had heard the buzz and wanted to give it a try. This was by far one of the best vegetarian places we've been to. The menu is extensive. The preparation is creative. It's located in a very nice neighborhood, and the atmosphere is bright... More

If you're not vegan, don't pay any mind - it really doesn't matter - the food/staff/atmosphere are all awesome. Lots of choices, from appetizers to deserts - a full course is more than filling - we took home leftovers and cookies to go. Can't wait to visit again. Make a reservation, they are very busy!!!

To be able to pick anything off a menu is a rare thing for a vegan. My non-vegan sister took me here and we wound up coming back the next day. Huge selection, great portions, great taste. Sis loved the food as well. This is a no brainer. Just go.

Great vegetarian menu combined with a wonderful beer selection and decadent desserts, so it's the perfect mix for a delightful meal.

I liked it okay, but I do think that veggie cuisine is no longer such a novelty and does not need to be so basic. The place was busy and I admit that my expectations were high from the hope that I had been hearing about this place. The service was good although a little hesitant on offerings of liquids... More

Took three of my non vegetarian friends with me to eat here today. They were skeptical at first, but everyone really enjoyed it. Huge helpings, very tasty.
