I've been here a few times. Farm to table kind of stuff. Fresh, "somewhat" healthy, modern & delicious food. Creative cocktails. The Devils on Horseback dish is my favorite! (Ok, that one isn't probably the most healthy but the beet salad is and it's delicious too.) Staff is pretty friendly.

After having brunch at Root-down and having a good experience, we decided to go to their sister restaurant, Linger. It did not disappoint! The food was great and the atmosphere open, noisy and lively. The mimosas are refreshing and bottomless. They even had Pimm's cup, my favorite summer drink. Would definitely recommend and return on my next trip to Denver.

We were on the rooftop even though it was sprinkling a bit. It would be great on a nice night. It was happy hour so menu was limited but we enjoyed the options available. We shared the generous portion of sweet potato waffle fries which were wonderful. The portion of the cheese curds were also generous and they were tasty.

The bottomless mimosas and unique menu items make this a great brunch choice. Both vegan and non-vegan choices available. The bartender even made us large to-go cups with mimosas to take to the rooftop so we could sit up there after brunch and enjoy the view out over the cityscape.

So we went to have a nice happy hour at the rooftop of Linger. It was lovely! There were plenty of people there and we enjoyed the few appetizers that we had: burger sliders, fish tacos. The beer was nice and cold and the service was great. Wonderful time!

During a brief visit to Denver (it's become a cool town, by the way), my friend took me to lunch at Linger. What a terrific place! Food was excellent -- they know what they're doing in the kitchen -- with lots of variety to satisfy whatever your tastebuds are in the mood for. Their menu also accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and... More

This tapas style menu is unique in that it has a variety of items from around the world. The restaurant describes them as street food. We describe them as delicious. Three of us split a variety of items and all were good. Grits, fried rice, tacos, and more. The waitress did a great job explaining all of the items and... More

Our group of 8 had an 8:30 PM reservation on a Thursday. We were seated with 5 in our party as 3 were delayed driving in from the airport but arrived by 8:45, still is was nice to be seated. There is dark, interesting decor & light fixtures, water on table in dark medical looking jugs, garage doors open letting... More

It was hard to find and hard to find a parking space but it was worth it! A very varied menu, trendy for sure. Not even sure of some of the things I had but loved it all. Asian, Hispanic, middle eastern, you name it, you can get it!

With reservations for our group of 4, we were seated right away. The restaurant was already pretty full at noon on a weekend. Linger's brunch puts a gourmet twist on global street food, and everything on the one-page menu sounded amazing. I chose the Adobo Pork Benedict while the husband got the Chorizo Tacos. The other couple ended up with... More
