Went to Linger for the first time this year during Denver restaurant week..Had heard all the buzz surrounding it and was very excited. The best part of the whole night was the building itself unfortunately. The food and the 3 of us all had different appetizers and entrees was either over or under seasoned. And the selections were not what... More

First time here. The concept is very unique... Global Street Food. Seated in the bar area and the foods were interestingly presented and deliciously prepared.

When my girlfriends told me we were going to a restaurant that used to be a mortuary I was nauseous, but I'm so glad we went! The host and servers were fantastic, so funny and accommodating. The vibe was very cool. We had a little bit of a wait so we went upstairs to the bar and had a drink.... More

Hefty Bar scene, this repurposed former funeral home has a factory like feel. The dining area is in the former garage and has a similar ambiance. The servers were cordial, although I really didn't need to know the water bottles on the table were the same as formaldehyde bottles. The drinks and wine were good, not so much for the... More

Housed in a former mortuary, this hip Denver eatery boast great views, small plates of street food from all over the world & great atmosphere. They bring your food as it comes out of the kitchen, not when the entire order for your party is ready. Our table of 2 enjoyed Carrot & Lentil Falafel, Brussel Sprouts, Wagyu Burger Sliders... More

We have enjoyed our dining experiences at Root Down, so we decided to try the sister restaurant, Linger. In addition to having fantastic food, the dining experience was simply fun. The dinner started with a tasty seasoned popcorn delivered to the table right away. The portions are larger than tapas, but smaller than traditional entrees. We decided to order a... More

Loved this place. Charming service and lick-the-bowl good sauces! Poppers (fried cheese curds and chilies), ginger-chili shrimp, and the Masala Dosa were all well made, imaginative, and delicious! It was full, but didn't find it crowded or noisy, just a nice feel of being busy and people enjoying good food.

Great food with impeccable service in a building that used to be a funeral home! It is a MUST try if going to Denver! The desserts are second to none and the "Tapas Like"menu is really unique and delicious!

Street food from around the world, best left for street vendors that know how to work magic with common foods. The complimentary popcorn served when seated is a bad idea, especially when it's chewy from sitting in a humid climate too long. The sister restaurant to Root Down, they must have had a two for one special on the decor... More

My wife and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Linger on 2/27/14. When I made the reservations (call weeks in advance, this is a very popular spot), the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything particular. I mentioned our anniversary, and when our waiter showed up he congratulated us, and provided two glasses of champagne! Very nice touch. The... More
