I grew up in South FL, so I have been craving some authentic Cuban sandwiches. Buchi served up the perfect cup of dark, sweet aromatic Cuban coffee and the best Cuban sandwich i've had since leaving FL. I will definetly be a regular here. Not to mention the ambiance was complete with Cuban music and simple yet warm decor. I... More

This is a no frills but quite comfortable local hangout. Go for the Cafe Con Leche and Cuban Mix or Aye Conyo sandwiches. They have free wifi too.

A friend and I went to see the movie The Chef where that featured cuban sandwiches on a food truck. Our appetites were whetted and we googled cuban food near by. Buchi's name came up. It's a quaint little coffee shop / restaurant where local families had babies in car seats near by. The sandwiches were hot and flavorful and... More

Aye Conyo and some Cuban Espresso is always on my mind when I'm traveling through Denver. Maybe the Fort Carson Lady should stick to Fort Carson eateries where her 4 and 5 star reviews of unoriginal fast food and horrible chain restaurants are supreme.

If you have waited to visit this restaurant because of a misleading review submitted over a year ago, get going over to the Buchi Cafe now. You have been missing out on a wonderful lunch experience. They have a large variety of Cuban sandwiches and an array of Cuban coffees to choose from. There are several tasty Cuban side dishes.... More

After going to Buchi Cafe, I was hooked. I am from south FL. Just visiting Denver, and a friend suggested Buchi Cafe. I had the cuban pork sandwich, - was fantastic! Perfect seasoned pork, mustard, pickles. Heavenly. I can't even compliment the cafe con leche enough. When I am in Denver, I will be at Buchi - every time.

My friend Kevin, who has travelled all over the world including Cuba, had me meet him at Buchi Cafe Cubano near his house in Denver. He and I go way back so I never question his suggestions for restaurants, particularly Latin ones. Kevin continues to bat 1000. Buchi Cafe Cubano in Denver is awesome. According to Kevin it is an... We were in the mood for some Cuban food & heard that Denver, CO had some good restaurant. I did some research in the internet & came with 2 restaurants. We chose “Buchi Café Cubano” because it said “Cubano” in it & what a disappointment!! It’s located in a dangerous area & when we came out my husband notice that... More

This is the most authentic, and best Cuban Restaurant in Denver area. Worth every penny! Affordable, tasty, and great service! The Cuban sandwiches are fabulous!! After moving to Denver from Miami, missing my Cuban food, I've tried a few "best" restaurants for Cuban food, and this is the ONLY one I'll frequent. I'm Cuban born, Miami raised...and this is as... This small cafe is amazing! The food is authentic and by far the best Cuban food in Denver. They only have a handful of tables and they may not have enough staff, but it is worth the wait. I recommend the Cuban Mix or the Aye Conyo with a Dark and Stormy to drink. Finish with a Cafe con Leche... More
