I don't say this lightly, the food and service at the Edge was the best I've ever had in Denver. I wish I could remember the name of the waiter that took care of us, it was just the right mix of being helpful without being a pest. I can't wait to go back!

We had dinner on our first night at the hotel, and it was excellent. We ordered the Bone Rib Eye Bison, and some entrees, an all were delicious. Great wine, great staff ( as all in the Four Season) Excellent dinner! Even my seven year old son had a photo with one of the Clippers player who were staying in... More

I came early to eat at the Edge restaraunt. It was about 4pm. I had a drink and ordered an appetizer. Service was good, appetizer was acceptable, but as I sat outside I was approached by one of the several homeless persons wandering by what appears to be a sidewalk route for them right next to the hotel. This person... More

Excellent wine list, friendly/attentive staff, and they do a great job with the meat selections. Breakfast was also top-notch. No need to go elsewhere in downtown Denver.

Food was stupendous. Wine selection fantastic. The sear at your table" appetizers of waygu and ahi were succulent. Worth the price of admission.

Everything about this place was awesome! It started with a cool, trendy atmosphere but not too loud. Our waiter was great, with just enough personality and some very helpful recommendations. We came here for their restaurant week special and I can say that every choice is a good one. I got the squash soup, bass, and cheesecake. The only advice... More

This is a very fine restaurant. The menu is imaginative and varied for a self-styled steak house, as is the wine list. The staff service is impeccable and all staff impress with friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. The venue is delightful - mellow and relaxing. This is a great choice for a special or romantic meal, or a corporate event. Check... More
