I have eaten several lunches at Edge, and all have been excellent (the bread is delicious). I finally ate dinner there and was bowled over. I will admit it was a spur of the moment choice after I couldn't get into a resto on Larimer St. on a Friday night. The server told me that Edge served a... read more

What better way is there to prepare for an afternoon Broncos game than having fresh eggs Benedict at The Edge Restaurant with a piping hot pot of coffee? Pleasant and attentive service, a convivial atmosphere and hollandaise sauce done just right.

This was a family, holiday celebration dinner. My daughter arranged this dinner and requested a private room because we were dining with toddlers. This dinner was FANTASTIC. The service was impeccable and the food was spectacular. This was one of those memorable dinners for many reasons, but the atmosphere and the food and the service made it so!!! My daughter... More

This is pretty new and is the Four Seasons, so I guess you should expect a high level of interior finish and really cool design - I really enjoyed that. The drinks were fun and they had some interesting options, appetizers were very good as well. All in all a fun place for a drink and apps - a little... More

My wife and I have celebrated our anniversary for the past two years at Edge. We look forward to the drive up from Colorado Springs to Denver, the valet parking, a brief walk around 16th Street before dinner, and the meal that follows! We enjoy the baby iceberg salad followed by filet mignon which is prepared perfectly with lovely roasted... More

We try to go to the Edge Restaurant at least twice a year in downtown Denver. The steaks are amazing, the staff is super attentive, and the atmosphere is lovely. They have some really healthy choices like marrow bones for an appetizer that are to die for. A lot of creativity on their menu. It's a fun place to go... More

We stumbled across the Edge Bar on our first night in Denver. We arrived at about 6:30/6:45pm on a pretty cold evening and were delighted to discover that we'd caught the end of Happy Hour where both food and drinks are quite a bit cheaper. We ordered grilled steak asado, sweet potato fries and the heirloom carrot salad to share... More

My family (a party of seven) made a reservation here before seeing a show at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, which is nearby. We had an exceptional experience in every respect. The space is gorgeous--it has a steakhouse vibe while not falling into dark-paneling, overly-dark cliche; overall, it feels very modern. The ceilings are very tall and the... More
