Was there for lunch. Sat at the bar and had a great Long island ice tea. Had the pork potstickers with a mustard ginger sauce. I would have preferred a soy sauce based sauce but a nice change. Would try it again.

This place is fabulous! From drinks to dessert it was so fun and the food was perfect! I sit here typing this review craving one of their Cherry Ginger Spritzers and their pork dumplings! The atmosphere is modern, energetic and fun. Reservations are def recommended unless you can grab a seat in the bar, which we did. They had several... More

I only visit Cholon during restaurant week. It's good but I wouldn't come here for no reason. The steamed dumplings are very good.

The only saving grace of our meal at Cholon was that we scored a seat outside on the Mall, so were not battered by the extreme noise level inside the restaurant. The outside scene was nice, service reasonable, but food way less yummy than we had been led to expect. Nothing we would be tempted to go back for, inside... More

...hip/cool factor might be diminished but doesn't a long life for a restaurant speak volumes? It's just great food. Location is central so you can bounce around downtown pre or post Cholon (good for out of towners). Menu is great through and through. Trust your server with his or her favorites to supplement what you might want. Wine list is... More

I happened upon this place quite by accident. I was going to Jax for chowder and a lobster blt and it was closed! So I started walking. This place was charming and reasonable. Instead of bread, they bring you a "rice cake type" she'll with a yummy spicy tomato jam. Then I had a lobster roll. It turned out to... More

I've been to ChoLon twice now, once with family, and once on a date with my wife. The Good: -Service: Fantastic- attentive and friendly, but still detached without making you feel lorded over. -Food: I lived for two years in Vietnam, so I know my Asian food well, and not only is the food very well done, the concepts are... We were really pleased to be introduced to an excellent restaurant in downtown Denver that very much reminded us of the creative cuisine of Red Farm in NY, but may have gone even farther in exploring inventive taste combinations. We were with cousins and decided to share a number of appetizers. We enjoyed the lamb meatballs, swooned over corned beef... More

We loved our dinner at ChoLon. The food was delicious, inventive without going being unapproachable. Wonderful service and sophisticated by relaxed atmosphere. A bit noisy.

Been here many times! Very delicious! It is pricey but so is LoDo in general. It's a gorgeous fusion of Asian food. You've got to try it! Enjoy!
