We joined our son and daughter-in-law for a lo-carb and high fat group dinner at this expensive restaurant that specializes in meat. I must say that they had a very good salad bar with enough to fill me up so that by the time the waiters came around with endless swords of various meats I was not even that hungry.... More

There was a paleo convention in town with a lot of authors and notables. They were having an open meeting at this restaurant. We got there early and sat at the bar for happy hour, had a sample platter that was excellent all by itself, brie, prosciutto, tamponade and toasted french bread soaked in butter ( the only way t... For normal people, this is an expensive restaurant but if you want relatively good steak, it is a good price at lunch time. We have gone to lunch and dinner. We actually prefer the selections that are on the lunch buffet better but it might be done differently because we went during restaurant week and paid $30 instead of $50.... More

You need the right mindset/expectation before you come to this place. This is not a typical 'steakhouse' where they focus on steak but also offer many other dishes and entrees. This is strictly meats ONLY with a few side dishes and appetizers to help down the meats or prep for eating the meats. If you're hungry and want to a... More

Expensive and worth it. If you have never been to this type of restaurant where the waiters bring around unlimited skewers of many different cuts of beef and cut off a piece for you. In addition there is a large and varied salad bar, but we went for the beef which is outstanding. Basically 50 bucks a person, plus cocktails,... More

A place for special meals. Fogo de Chao is not cheap, but it is excellent. The service was received was outstanding. I also like that a manager stopped by the table at one point to see how everything was. That's always a sign to me that they care. The meats were delicious and they just kept coming! Wide variety on... More

If you like meat this is the spot, just keep that card free side up and your plate ready for tasty meats. The salad bar here is great, it has some good meats to start with and of course lots of salad and sides. Don't fill up on greens though because you will want all that space for the meats... More

This is my third year going to this restaurant for restaurant week and about the 15th time I have been to this chain throughout the US. All 14 visits were exemplary in every way, this visit last night not so much, I took 5 staff for dinner for the extended restaurant week which Fogo is doing on Sundays through March... More

The idea of having a coin giving the staff a notification that you want more food is great and efficient. You don't need to raise your hand or ask for much of anything, it will just come to you. How can you beat all you can eat with the best cuts of beef you can imagine? You can't. I love... More
