I recently had my wedding reception at KM, and I could not have asked for a better experience. As delicious as the food was, the staff who were working my reception were even better. They were so attentive to me and my guests - I don't think anyone had to wait at the bar for a drink all night. They... More

The beer was awesome, the food really good and service very cheerful , prompt. The server checked on us often, but not enough to bother us. Food came out in a timely matter, hot, and quite good. The fish & chips looked wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere. If you like a pub surroundings, good pints and delicious food,... More

In Denver for a convention. Katie Mullen's looked inviting. They were celebrating St. Paddie's Day 6 months early. There was a duo, guitar and fiddle playing Irish tunes. They were quite good. If that wasn't enough, there was a drum and fife band and a couple of traditional Irish dancers. It wasn't Riverdance, but it was still fun. The staff... More

We were walking down 16th street and there was music coming from the patio at Katie Mullen's. It was an acoustic band with 2 guys and a guitar. The music was fantastic and I love a good Reuben sandwich that Irish Pub's often have. My reuben was cooked perfectly and the house chips were very good. I enjoyed Katie's draft... More

Had lunch here recently and everything was great. Portions were very generous and food was really good; better than your average bar food. Onion soup and pub chips were outstanding. Beers were icy cold and reasonably priced. Establishment has a beautiful setting, bar is huge and runs from one room into another. Gives you the feeling of being in a... More

Went here looking for authentic Irish food and that is what I got! Excellent all around! Real, authentic shepherd's pie made with delicious lamb. Definitely can't go without getting the pub chips. Homemade potato chips piled high with corned beef, diced tomatoes, and chipotle sauce, delicious. And for dessert they give you a veritable LOAF of bread pudding! I couldn't... More

The food was prepared in buffet style for our event. It was ok, but not great. The wine choices were not that great. Probably because it was a happy hour event for a large group. The area available to our group was small and crowded; however, the outdoor area was very comfortable and nice this time of year.

Typical Irish fare. Larger than most Irish restaurants that we've been too. Service not necessarily anything to brag about. We had to ask for our water to be filled every time. Bar was crowded. Too many other places to go to, with better ambiance.

This was our third night in a row visiting Katie's. Food has been excellent every night and the staff superb. Also the "Craic" has been mighty ( you probably need to be Irish to understand this). Would highly recommend this restaurant if you want good food at reasonable prices.

Denver has an eclectic population. This is a fun place to watch the crowd go by if you opt for outdoor seating. The pub décor inside is also very appealing. The menu is what you expect from an Irish pub. I had the fish and chips for lunch. I would have preferred the fish be cooked a bit longer. However,... More
