This pub was near the hotel we were in, but we never considered it, because it seemed to always be busy. There were several conventions in town, so most eateries were full. I went in and spoke to the hostess, who seemed reluctant to reserve a table for 12. The manager came over and I explained that we were in... More

My wife and I ate here three time during our week stay. Ther service is personable and friendly and the food was great. The shepherd's pie tasted good and is made the way it should be with lamb. The fish and chips was good, the Bangers and Champ carried me back to our honeymoon in England. The ber selection was... More

I had the lamb Irish stew- awesome! Fish/chips- good breading. Atmosphere was good, server was average and distracted.

Great service and a decent pint. What more couple you ask for? The food was a cut above your average pub grub.

We visited Katie's on Saturday 14 July for dinner. We usually sit at the bar in most places, just a personal preference. When we went into Katie's, we did not see any open places at the bar so we waited for the hostess. She seated us just outside the bar at a high top - no problem. Later we discovered... More

Our server had to keep apologizing for her terrible service, even saying something like I am doing a re ally bad job tonight!" True, unfortunately. One person in our party did not get her entree until after the rest of us had finished our meals. The food was OK, but the service was HORRIBLE - and there was no offer... More

This restaurant had nice decor - it's an Irish Pub! and comfortable seating. Our server was great to work with. I wasn't as impressed with the food, however. It was just ok. I've told myself 'never eat seafood when not in a coastal state'. That was good advice that I did not take. The fish and chips were substandard and... More

Service was off. Waited more than five minutes for a hostess to show up to seat us even though it was a slow night. Waited for the waitress for 10+ minutes to take our order. The food arrived reasonably quickly. The pub chips, lamb skewers and Sheppard's pie were all very good. The fastest anything happened was charging out the check...

I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Monday. There weren't a lot of people there. I had the lunch fish and chips which was delicious. My server was so nice. But beyond that another table that she was serving was so high maintenance and just being royal pains but she handled with professionalism and sincerity. The place is... More

A very welcome pub for British visitors to Denver. Great food, friendly staff & excellent beer. Cannot recommend it highly enough. A 'must visit' venue for those travelling to Denver.
