Exquisite

As another review stated, this is a taste journey, not fast food. The kobe beef sliders and duck fat fries were sublime. Honestly, we tried quite a few things on the menu, and shared plates. Definitely pricey, but such an incredible experience. The absinthe fountain is very enjoyable. We had to... read more

TAG has always been one of our favorites in Denver...we come here about 3x a year since it has opened. This time, we decided to make it our dinner place for our one night downtown with our baby, and I wish I had done things differently. The good news is...we called earlier that day looking for a table early where... More

$14 Chardonnay? Corked. Smelly from arms length away. After 5 minutes, the waiter sauntered over and took it back. We ordered a replacement of the $5 house Pinot Gris. Waiter brings another $14 Chardonnay from a different bottle. Up-sell or waiter fail? With his obnoxious attitude it could have been either one. Steamed and Fried Seafood Potstickers? Yuck! Who could... More

Tag had good food. It is a unique experience. I would defiantly go back. My sister lives in Denver, and loves Tag.

Tucked away in the charming historic Larimer Historic Distric, this eatery defines creative cuisine. Come hungry. Service is outstanding, but this is not a fast food meal. It is more of a flavor journey! Chef Troy Guard's eclectic fare and offbeat cocktails was an unexpectedly adventurous and romantic dinner. The wine menu is well curated! Jesse even had trouble making... More

We didn't eat here but unusual circumstances demonstrated this place is a class act. I will definitely give this place a try in the future. See my review on The Capital Grille. Thank You Jason!

Friends and I enjoyed a deliciously eclectic dinner at TAG. We enjoyed appetizers Tasting of Beets; Kobe beef Sliders; Grilled Spanish Octopus and Flash Seared Hamachi. All were very good. The sliders came with duck fat fries, which were tasty but seemed too sweet to go with the beef. The Hamachi is famous for its 'pop rocks' topping, which was... More

I was excited to try TAG after reading the reviews. My daughter lives in Denver and asked to go there when I came to visit. The restaurant is in a great location on Larimer Square - maybe a little hard to spot with all of the doors and patios and such. But, it's in a vibrant part of Denver. I... More

Exceptional food and service. You have to try the sausage wrapped duck leg appetizer. I'd go back just for that. Also the sushi with "pop rocks" was fun. Mixologist shook up some great cocktails. My wife's filet was melted like butter. The Colorado steak I got was flavorful and garnished with savory vegetables.
