Elway's was great in all the places it needed to be. I love a place that is "nice" without being pretentious. We had a bump in the road--our appetizer was forgotten--but everything else made up for it, and the appetizer was served later during the main course, and was gratis. Most importantly: Elway's food tasted great. Our steak and seafood... More

Staying at the Ritz I visited this restaurant a number of times. Started on a Wednesday evening after checking in to the hotel. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation ahead of time. The place is very crowded every night. It appears to be very popular with the local business community. Dinner at the bar was very good. They... More

Saturday night seating at 8 pm with wait for drink order with longer wait for drinks. Food was great but is was clear we were not alone with long wait for the meal as most of the room did the same . Experience capped of by condescending wine steward. For a $1500 tab a patron should be respected. Not well... More

Went to Denver for a Bronco game and stayed at the Ritz. Visited Elways many times during our long weekend and everything was on point. A little pricy, but you have to consider your environment. The food and drink presentation was excellent as well as the service. We will return.

Get a steak or the salmon here and have a martini. Big wine selection. Nice atmosphere and service and you may see John Elway or Payton Manning.

Had the opportunity to eat here last week while at the URTeC convention. One of the best steak houses I have even been in... The service was top shelf, food was wonderful and my filet was fork tender. If you love good steaks, do your self a favor and try it... My only caution is the cost, but it is... More

I'm giving it a three because in the end, our food was excellent. The issue was that in our party of 8, two of the steaks were cooked incorrectly. A medium rare was cooked medium well and a medium was also cooked medium well. Instead of trying to take another steak off the grill we waited at least 20 to... More

Attended a hosted dinner around a great round table with captains chairs. Quite the comfort. an eclectic bar menu made for interesting drink experiences. Outstanding service, excellent food quality, great taste. One of the, if not THE best business dinner.

Wow, this is my favorite steak house now. Far better food and service than other top tier steak houses. The price was very good considering the quality of food. We loved the Porterhouse, Filet, Duck Fried Rice, Onion Rings and Grilled Artichoke. Great special occasion restaurant located off the a Ritz Carlton lobby.
