We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. The restaurant was basically empty! We advised the hostess we had a reservation and requested a booth. She looked around and then walked away and returned and said it would be a minute. We have no idea why it would take a minute, since it was... More

The family (8 of us) went out for a celebration dinner and this seemed like a nice place downtown to go. We made a reservation and as soon as we arrived in valet, we were taken to our table. We told them ahead of time that our grandparents would be dining and have a hard time hearing, both in their... More

First-very nice place but some things rubbed me the wrong way. The waiter was a bit too cocky for the liking of all of our guests (didn't bother me). The wine and champagne was excellent and they did a good serving job on that. The seafood tower appetizers were excellent. Serving size for sides was odd. Most retaurants of this... More

Elway's was great in all the places it needed to be. I love a place that is "nice" without being pretentious. We had a bump in the road--our appetizer was forgotten--but everything else made up for it, and the appetizer was served later during the main course, and was gratis. Most importantly: Elway's food tasted great. Our steak and seafood... More

Staying at the Ritz I visited this restaurant a number of times. Started on a Wednesday evening after checking in to the hotel. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation ahead of time. The place is very crowded every night. It appears to be very popular with the local business community. Dinner at the bar was very good. They... More

Saturday night seating at 8 pm with wait for drink order with longer wait for drinks. Food was great but is was clear we were not alone with long wait for the meal as most of the room did the same . Experience capped of by condescending wine steward. For a $1500 tab a patron should be respected. Not well... More

Went to Denver for a Bronco game and stayed at the Ritz. Visited Elways many times during our long weekend and everything was on point. A little pricy, but you have to consider your environment. The food and drink presentation was excellent as well as the service. We will return.

Get a steak or the salmon here and have a martini. Big wine selection. Nice atmosphere and service and you may see John Elway or Payton Manning.

Had the opportunity to eat here last week while at the URTeC convention. One of the best steak houses I have even been in... The service was top shelf, food was wonderful and my filet was fork tender. If you love good steaks, do your self a favor and try it... My only caution is the cost, but it is... More
