If you love ultra fresh salads and vegies, you will NEVER go to another place again to eat. If you don't really like salads, still go to Mad Greens and you will be converted with how good they can make it.! You enter from one end where you inform the person what type of salad you want. The overhead board gives you several types/ideas. As you side step the line the server makes the salad, which is able to to changed/added to with many seeds/nuts/cheeses/etc. The end has 'chips' and drinks. Stay here, inside or out, to eat or take it... More

Do you like salads? This is your place. They have sandwiches but salads are their thing. It is like subway for salads. You pick your size salad. You pick the greens and then you can have any of their thirty or so items in your salad. I got romaine lettuce with pumpkin seeds, onion , celery, tomato and kalamata olives.... More

I love the concept of this fast-casual restaurant. I can customize my salad however I want, and the staff is always friendly. I usually visit the location over by the Denver Art Museum, and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

Had the Ty Cobb salad and it lacked so many of a typical cobb salad ingredients. Blue cheese dressing was watery, and runny.

I have just been here for lunch there is a great selection of salads where you can build your own and I don't extras, the staff are really friendly and helpful, for a big chicken salad with a side helping of a hummus and pitta it was $12 so happy. I will definitely visit again and would recommend this place.

We were looking for a sit down vegetarian style dinner. This is a sandwich shop but the food was warm and delicious which was great on a rainy day! The proximity to the theater was good and the the 16th Street Mall

Mad Greens serves up enough different types of fresh foods for meat lovers and vegetarians. It was a great place for two adults and the eight teens in our party. Prices are very reasonable, the staff handled requests for substitutions cheerfully, and the sodas were a hit too. Everyone was happy and left feeling full.

Perfect for a quick bite if you're in the area of the Denver Art Museum, Library, or its Cultural Complex. Lots of wonderful healthy choices of salads, sandwiches, and soups. Lots of gourmet sodas to drink. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Great salads & sandwiches. Quick and fresh. Several salad toppings. Patio seating was great for people watching. The only negative, the employees weren't friendly.
