Luciles Denver location was my all time favorite breakfast site, but last week's visit was somewhat disappointing--hope it was just a one-time fluke and all will be great again if I go back and don't order the shrimp ponchatrain. I had a half order (wish more restaurants offered that choice!) which was still plenty of food, (especially with beignets and... More

This location had the same excellent food I was used to in fort Collins, with the added benefit of enough room to seat you without waiting outside for 30 minutes. Possibly the best poached eggs I have ever seen in my life and orange juice to die for. Would go there everyday if I could.

This is a somewhat difficult to find location, but make a point to go! The food choices are very unique and the restaurant has a great charm. Our service was very very good and helpful. The Andouille sausage was fantastic, and the beignets were very yummy. I love a restaurant where when you ask what the favorites are they proudly... More

I used to eat in the Boulder Lucile's restaurant but it has been more than 10 years. What a great find to learn that they had a restaurant in Denver. Arrived here at 11:15, seated immediately and my friend showed up within a few minutes. We had the beignets to start. Ample portion of 4 smothered in the obigatory white... More

We ate here on 16 February. As always, breakfast is a great experience. My wife had the Eggs Eisenhower and I had the Carlin. The biscuits are always an experience! Huge! I also had the Cafe Au Lait-very, very good! Next time we'll come for just Cafe's and begnets! This is a specialty place that will undoubtedly meet your expectations.

This is the fourth time I've been to Lucille's, as it is a favorite breakfast/lunch place of a local friend. It is packed on weekend mornings, but tables are usually available readily for weekday lunch. The staff is friendly and gracious, the portions are generous, and it REALLY DOES have authentic creole cooking. My mom is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana,... More

Our son & family live in Denver (we live in Michigan). We always go to Lucile's for breakfast at least once while visiting. So far, everything we've had there has been delicious. To start, the biscuits are huge!!! And love their home made jam!! I usually get the currant rice pudding (love it) but decided to get something different this... More

Our breakfast at Lucile's was fantastic, the server made some great recommendations and provided excellent service.I started with a biscuit you have got to try their house-made preserves which were all outstanding, the strawberry-rhubarb preserve was my favorite. For breakfast we ordered egg Pontchartrain and eggs New Orleans the sauces hollandaise and Bearnaise were perfectly prepared, the trout and the... More

Although we have a branch Lucille's in Fort Collins, it took a recent trip to Denver for us to sample this local chain. And when we did our recent lunch transported us back to past fond visits to NOLA. The same funky vibe in the room, some sassy service, and wonderful food. My wife really enjoyed her shrimp and grits,... More

When you find a good restaurant, you don't mind patronizing it often. I dined lite today with coffee, beignets, and cheesy grits. My friend's breakfasts looked fantastic and we had a great time enjoying one another, lingering over our coffee. How great was that! We recommend Lucille's!
