Great food and service

We happened upon Lucile's at lunchtime over the holidays, and we weren't sure it was really a restaurant. It's in an historic neighborhood of mostly beautiful old houses, so you need to know where you're going or you'll miss it. Authentic southern creole. Food is wonderful. I'm from the south so to be able to order grits was awesome. Place is packed all the time but worth the wait so bring a book. It will be crowded and noisey. And still worth it. Service is great , price is fair. Can't wait to go back and will be first place... More

Lucile offers one of the best breakfast/brunch in town. Locals love this place, so booking is strongly recommended! Wide range of foos available.. And do not miss the particular selection of coffee they have!

We stopped in for Brunch on Sunday with a a large group (that included kids). The staff there made sure that the kids all received a fun necklace at the Host Stand as well as at the table. They had color pages and crayons ready to go and didn't heistate to make the bigger kids feel welcomed. While the wait... More

Took my Canadian goddess for Cajun food(as she had never had any Cajun before). Ordered a cup of gumbo along with the Blackened salmon with collard greens, mashed potatoes along with a side of trout. Everything was truly excellent! The collards were a little bitter as some constructive feedback but otherwise fantastic quality lunch! Also had the Cajun Bloody Mary,... More

I took my husband this time and we went to the Denver location, I had been to the Longmont location before, and I had been telling him how amazing the food was at the Longmont location, so we decided to try out the Denver location. We sat at the bar because the restaurant was super busy. Hannah and David took... More

Went back for breakfast and enjoyed it all. The biscuits are large and delicious. The food selections all looked good as we saw them delivered to other diners. Ours were great and plentiful.

Had breakfast/brunch today at Lucile's and it was great! Started with a Bloody Mary that was very good, and then ordered the Eggs Rockefeller which was scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach surrounded by Rockefeller sauce and topped with fried oysters...yum! But the star of the show was the biscuits that came with the meal - so good topped... More

An adventure in Lousianna Cuisine. My grandson and I and another couple arrived by 8 am today (Sat) and I was pleased to find no wait at all. Sunday mornings are busy, busy, busy but not that early on a Saturday. Our server Rakel was excellent! Pleasent and quick to keep my coffee cup filled. The kitchen was fast as... More

We decided not to wait the anticipated 50 mins and ordered takeout instead. My cheese grits were tasty but I wish I had passed on the Creole sausage as a side. (Sorry I can't spell an-dooey haha). Anyway it was too spicy on its own and the casing was super tough&impossible to cut with the plastic take-out knife. My daughter... More
