This is a neat little place just outside of Del Norte. The building is unique, and there is a little natural store attached to the restaurant. The menu has a lot of vegetarian options, and a fresh juice bar. I recommend the carrot-beet-apple-lemon juice. Everything on the menu is made to order, so orders can take a little while. But,... I guess what you would expect. Ordered lunch here for our family. For an establishment saying they specialize in special diets, it was quite perplexing that they didn't understand how to check for "natural" or artificial flavors in their preparations. "Organic" doesn't mean without "natural flavors" (these are chemicals made in a factory tested by aborted fetal cells, often included... More

Dear Rebecca, I am sorry you choose to give us such a distasteful review because the waitress didn’t know every single ingredient in our “Organic” flavorings. We are open seven days a week and unfortunately it happened to be my day off, but I must say in all my 30 year restaurant experience NO ONE has ever gone to the... More

Anytime I am passing between Pagosa Springs Colorado area and i-25 I stop at the Organic Peddler. I know I can get an organic gluten free meal that is sure to refuel us. The setting is in an older home that is packed to the gills with treasures from around the world (clothing, baskets, jewelry, flags, posters, home decor items...)... More

On the way to Wolf Creek Ski area, we weren't expecting an oasis of art and color and fresh, organic food. The food was delicious (fish tacos and huevos rancheros with homemade green chili with real bite) AND got all out gifts and soubenirs at the gift shop! For the road? A chocolate-avocado cupcake. To die for!

Great little compound located outside Del Norte. We stopped after skiing a powder day at Wolf Creek for lunch. Great service and excellent healthy food. Highly recommend stopping for food and check out the shops.

Breakfast was excellent. Definitely a unique atmosphere, friendly service. A trip back into the late 60's in Boulder.

I just love this place. The food is organic, vegan and vegetarian selections happily available. Coffee is strong and hot. I always seem to spend an hour in the gift shop roaming through all the unusual and interesting items they have to offer. I like the health food items from tea tree oil to organic lettuce. Great place to visit.

Recently had chili rellanos and enchiladas along with black beans and rice - best Mexican food this side of Santa Fe! And that's just the beginning. Check out the rest of their healthy, organic menu along with really unique and creative atmosphere.

Love this place -- wonderful teas, great sandwiches & soups and all kinds of yummy organic goodness. Wide selection of supplements. Cool shirts & other stuff, too!
