Great place. My wife and I each had an elk burger, a first for both of us. The burger was incredible, the bun seemed homemade and the service (we had a nice guy named Vince) was outstanding. Certainly a place to eat, if you are in Cripple Creek!

Had lunch with a friend at the Creek...great pulled pork! And, the cornbread was awesome. The restaurant is nice and the bar is so authentic along with the town.

My husband and I were passing through and popped in for lunch. We ordered the pizza, OMG, it's big enough for 4 people. It was soooo good. Service was a little slow, but it was during lunch time and saw only 2 people working out front. Will recommend this place for a a stop if you are in the area.

Our family stopped on for lunch on our way to do some camping. As the title says, this is an average restaurant with average food. The atmosphere was ok and the waitstaff was clearly overworked and they needed one more server. The prices were ok and portions appropriate. Probably won't go back.

We stopped in for a pizza and beer. We ordered a large which was way too much for our appetites. We should have gone with the individual pizzas instead. While we prefer thin, Italian style pizzas with minimal cheese, we can't argue about the tastiness of the thick, cheese-saturated pizza at the Creek. This was one of the few places... More

Family friendly historic restaurant with excellent food and service. Everything is cooked from scratch and made to order. Vintage atmosphere brings you back into the "gold rush" days of 1897. They don't have just "employees"... they have a "team" of wonderful people who strive to create for you the "best" dinning experience you can have.

I'm trying to find out if J. Matt Eye and his wife Catherine are managing this restaurant. I've been told that they do but haven't been able to find out for sure. Thanks to any one who can help me with this matter.

Had lunch on a snowy day with amazing comfort food! Great meatball sub with tender meatballs and a light marinara. Chili cheese fries were a guilty pleasure.

My family and I just purchased vacant property near Cripple Creek, and on our third visit in town we ate at The Creek in Cripple Creek. The ambiance was fitting for us- not too big or loud (5pm on a Saturday), and a super beautiful view from the window. I can't remember the names of our meals, but the food... More
