This restaurant is in the tiniest little house and off Elk. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the ambience was perfect!! Two seatings a night, so reservations are a must!

I made my reservation more than 2 months before we traveled to Crested Butte, and I would suggest doing that because it will fill up. They were very helpful and made my fiance and I feel like family. I asked my fiance to marry me outside of Soupcon and they had wine ready for us and took our picture. The... More

I was a fortunate winner of the Bud Light Whatever USA contest. One highlight was an opportunity to have a 4 - course Appreciation of Bacon meal designed by its amazing Executive Chef. Budweiser asked him to show off and he did just that! I doubt you will find this on the typical menu, but if you get the chance... More

Fabulous food, excellent service...a little on the expensive side, but what a wonderful dinning experience! Would definitely recommend it for a "special" dinner.

My husband and I had dinner at the 6pm seating on Sunday. It's been about 20 years since I last had a meal at Soupcon. They still had the two seatings, the excellent service, the incredible food! They do everything to make you feel comfortable and not rushed. A man with a reservation arrived a little after 6:30 and expected... More

Wow! What a pleasant surprise in a tiny mountain town! This is a tiny restaurant. There are only 2 seatings per night. The food was incredible. I loved the scallops and my husband raved about the lamb. We had the veal cheek appetizer - very tender and tasty. Our desert was grand marnier soufflé - I was in heaven. Few... More

Located in an alley and barely recognizable other than a dimly lit sign, Soupcon delights every sense. The seating is cozy - only 25 people in two seating's a night. The wait staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the food beyond compare. The scallop appetizer was the best I have ever had - best! and the Wahoo cooked to perfection.... More

We've been to Crested Butte more than 20 times and Soupçon never disappoints. It is very expensive, but it is also excellent. In our party of three, two of us had the filet. I'm not a huge steak eater, but I've had my share; this was the best steak I've ever had. Dessert was the creme brûlée: yum!

I love food. ALL kinds of food. The evening I visited Soupcon, I was in a carnivore mood. I ordered the foie gras as my appetizer and the filet mignon as the entree. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion of foie gras, not the miniscule portion usually served. The foie gras was wonderfully crisp on the outside and buttery... More

We came here for our 10 year anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with the food and service. Martha was an excellent server and our food was exquisite from the appetizers to dessert. Definitely worth the money and great to eat locally sourced meat and veggies.
