We had intended for several years to try this place and can't believe we waited so long. Food was delicious, wine and drink menu were expansive and the service was great. I tried an assortment of items but my favorite was the BYOB (build your own bruschetta). Great place for large groups (there are not very many good large group... More

Really enjoy this restaurant, the food is very good, service friendly and prices reasonable for a tourist town. Appetizers were great, although the grilled Caesar salad lacked oomph. The mains were ample in size and delicious. We wouldn't call the food gourmet but rather extremely good everyday Italian fare, comforting and satisfying. Can be a little noisy, if that bothers... Ate here with family, they were very accommodating to a party of 7. The menu really does have something for everyone from pizza to steak. The appetizers we ordered were a bit greasy, and could have used more flavor. The special pizza was pretty good. The one dish that was really not good was the fettuccine. It was slathered in... I had been wanting to try this restaurant since we came to Crested Butte to visit last year. We finally got our chance and though we were sat relatively quickly, we had to wait for over 15 minutes for our waiter to get to the table to take our order. He was a little rude but it seemed like he... More

Generally I am not a fan of Colorado resort town restaurants, and you'll rarely see me review one. It's not that they are terrible; it's just that they are often overpriced and only as good as they absolutely have to be to stay in business in a place that receives millions of tourist dollars each year. But once in a... More

Not as huge a draw as the fancy pizza place down the street, but the service was top notch, the drinks were perfectly made, the salads a perfect beginning, and the mains well appointed. A solid choice.

In a town best known for mediocre pizza family places and overpriced fine-dining, Bacchanale is a real find. The restaurant's been there in one form or another for about 30 years but changed management a few years ago and have gone to a fixed price menu recently. The kitchen is excellently run and the dishes are creative. You get a... More

Our waitress opened the wine, but never poured it, failed to bring us silverware, cleared our plates before we were done, and stared at us as we ate from across the room. A waiter (eating at a nearby table) spent the entire evening discussing how he was going to hook up with the sister of another waiter. The conversation was... More
