Hey, absolutely grab a bite here. I had an ale and it was good, though I really went for the food after a long day & hike this place hit the spot. Relaxed vibe, unpretentious, (which is a must especially in a ski town), and the grilled chicken with roasted red pepper sandwich was awesome. Big side of black beans... More

This place could use some competition in the Crested Butte area. There are so many great breweries in CO and this isn't really one of them. Beers listed on the sign outside, were not available, we were told this was due to a festival the previous weekend. Seems there was time to change the chalkboard in a week as to... More

I would say this is in the dive bar category. As a genre , not a problem. Beer and bar good, you are on your own for service if you sit outdoors on the upper deck. Burgers are damn good. Worth the trip. Back of the house loves a lot of onions on the salad so get them on the... More

Burgers are very flavorful! Grab one when the heavy set dude is working the kitchen, unfortunately it's only once a week. While the burgers are great they aren't very large so it's hard to justify spending 10 bucks per. Beers are very good as well and they have 5 of their own. Generally speaking I was very pleased. Except the... More

I love to hit breweries as I travel. This property is very rustic. But this is an old mining town. The place was busy and to make it worse the place has no waitress. The bartender said there were menus scattered around. She then said that the beers they had were posted up on the wall. We ordered Hamburgers as... More

We stopped by for an appetizer and a beer. Very dark inside. One waitress and one cook were waiting on a lot of people. Took us 10 minutes just to get a beer, and we weren't even getting waited on. We were at the bar.the cook told us if we wanted something to eat, it was going to be at... More

1. Service was prompt and pleasant. 2. Food was great and they crisped up our fries 3. Don't order a margarita; too sour. 4. My order was not as I requested with the jalapena peppers on the side. 5. Use a bathroom ANYWHERE else: Super gross!

We love trying as many breweries as possible and found this place on our recent stay-cation. Friendly patrons, good beer and even were given samples of the beers before ordering from the owner. We have heard they have a lot of live music which isn't our favorite environment but there wasn't any events happening while we were there and loved... More

We love breweries and have been to about 30 in Colorado alone. We visited the Eldo on a very busy weekend night in July and it was very crowded with young drunk people. It seemed like we were the oldest people in the place (we are in our mid-late 30's). There was a DJ playing techno (which I happen to... More

I had a tempura avocado dish and it was so good. So weird but oh so good. The atmosphere is total dive bar (I think it was in the design plans...) but the food is this weird fusion cuisine that makes it a truly funky place to eat.
