Cool, delicious and interesting!

Love this little place. Yes, it's about the rum they create, which is delicious and wonderful to see how the do it. (Go upstairs and view the distelliery it's so cool!) If you aren't into rum and have the kids along you're also in luck. Food is fresh and amazing. Upstairs there is a small little... read more

I am normally a wino, but the menu posted outside the restaurant had some intriguing small plates. As they only serve rum drinks, made from one of their own two locally distilled rums, I decided to "give it a go", and I was not disappointed! Both the small plates and the cocktails were way above average. The service was friendly... More

We popped in to dodge a rain shower and couldn't believe our luck. The crafted rum drinks were unique and amazingly flavorful. And not short on the rum either! We also tried an appetizer which was so good I asked if they'd share the recipe. The waitor hand-wrote the recipe out for me. Wow. You must try the vegetable tempura... More

Loved the live music and drinks. We got to learn about how they made the rum and this place is unlike any other place we have been to.

I really wanted to like this place...and I can't say they disappointed in that...but it's gonna take a second visit to know if there will be a third. It could be several things...I may have had overly optimistic expectations or may have been just having a bad day. The server knew we were there yet it took close to 30... More

Stopped for a couple of pre-dinner drinks. The Old Fashioned and Hot Tanya were both excellent. Left with a bottle of the Oro, too.

Absolutely great rum! Just personal opinions but we felt more comfortable in the prior location since we felt it had more character and charm.

We came here for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers and ended up not eating dinner because the tapas plates were so delicious and filling. The vibe of the place was great - live music, relaxed atmosphere, seating upstairs and down, and great service. The rum and drink list is creative, extensive, and very tasty. They use all of their own distilled... More

This place is cool. Home-made rum...!!! Appetizer of choice for us: Mediterranean finger foods, good stuff. The maharajas were seriously unique and tasty drinks... we each had one, then shared one.

Montanya is a great place to go for happy hour. They have delicious cocktails! Their food list is also quite tasty, but perhaps a little overpriced on some of the items. We were treated to a tour of the distillery upstairs, and the brewer was very personable. We aren't really rum drinkers, but this place is great.
