Perfect lunch spot on the mountain!

We stumbled upon this restaurant during their pirate festival. Drink specials, costumes and fun give aways. The food is a little pricey, but very good. We loved sitting out at the bar, looking at the mountain and enjoying the sunshine.

What a unique opportunity to have an elegant lunch during the middle of a day of snowboarding - I'm so glad I stopped in! The Cabin is quaint and full of rustic charm with amazing views out of the dining room windows. The menu is small but outstanding, with an option to please any palate (I had the mushroom butternut... This was an excellent experience. A snow cat pulling a large sleigh picked up my wife an I, along with 20 other guests, up at the base of the Red Lady lift at the Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The sleigh had blankets provided for the cold winter/early-spring weather. The snow cat pulled the sleigh up the Houston run on the... More

Well, I thought this was going to be a true Ice Bar like you find in Copenhagen or Stockholm. Nope. But it's still a fun bar. It sits outside right on the snow and the bartenders are super friendly and fun. It's a great place to enjoy a midday drink while skiing. Just don't think you're surrounded by ice.

Great little luxury on the mountain at Crested Butte. the place is charming, the servers are professional and enthusiastic and the food is wonderful. Don't plan to ski afterwards - you will be full and relaxed.

We booked Valentine's Day dinner here. What confused me about this place was the pricing and the booking time. It's actually $100 each for the CAT ride and a 5 course dinner, more for drinks and tip. One website we saw said that the cat left at 5.30pm but our dinner booking was at 5.15pm. That's because you book to... More

On most ski slopes one can usually find really great burgers (Maybe it's the air.). Uley's cabin doesn't have any burgers, but what it does have is gourmet food! The creative menu includes trout, cassoulet, Caesar and steak salads and mushroom bisque to mention just a few of the regular menu tasty offerings. This is a white tablecloth place with... More
