Lovely night out

We booked Valentine's Day dinner here. What confused me about this place was the pricing and the booking time. It's actually $100 each for the CAT ride and a 5 course dinner, more for drinks and tip. One website we saw said that the cat left at 5.30pm but our dinner booking was at 5.15pm. That's... read more

On most ski slopes one can usually find really great burgers (Maybe it's the air.). Uley's cabin doesn't have any burgers, but what it does have is gourmet food! The creative menu includes trout, cassoulet, Caesar and steak salads and mushroom bisque to mention just a few of the regular menu tasty offerings. This is a white tablecloth place with... More

We frequented this restaurant when we needed breaks from snowboarding during the day. The Ice Bar was a fun experience for when we only wanted a hot toddy or spiked, peppermint hot cocoa with a view of the mountain. The inside portion of Uley's Cabin was a great place to get away from the freezing temperatures and snowy conditions, even... More

We were so excited to return to Crested Butte to spend an afternoon at the Ice Bar and a Uley's Cabin for lunch. Unfortunately it wasn't yet open on opening day this year so we will have to plan a return trip to be able to enjoy this unique location and fantastic way station.

So you might be thinking Ben Cartwright and his sons, Hoss, Little Joe - the Ponderosa. Check out the pics. Take it up a few notches and into today. But, its still got the Western style - love it! Amazzing time, outstanding food, service was just great! Cozy, fun, Western fancy. Take it in - relax with your favorite somebody... More

This is not a restaurant, this is an intimate refueling stop on the way down the mountain...cocoa & peppermint schnapps(The Northface), or whatever your poison, sharing your day with your companion skiers or the frantic staff - they work hard, very hard - and then schussing down the last part of the mountain for lunch or for a hot shower... We would ski down to Uley's every afternoon around 3pm for our daily cocktail before ending our day. Great company from the slopes, great drinks and great staff!

I did not expect this restaurant to be so nice. It was strange to be eating there in ski clothes. The menu is very good with a lot of choice. Lucky it is green runs on the way down.

On a perfect bluebird day you should have a drink here after skiing. They do the best cocktails for $7!

To pay $400 for a sleigh ride and an excellant meal and then be offered a half pear for desert was very disappointing. Sad to say that's the rememberance you left us with. Come on guys you can do better than that.
