Friendly new owners (I think French or Belgian) and a great new menu featuring American and European dishes. Had breakfast and dinner on separate occasions -- both were delicious and perfect service. Excellent Belgium beers and a fine wine list. Definitely on my list of favorite mountain dining spots. more
What can I say? Great food, beer, wine, atmosphere, and service. Met some old friends here for drinks and dinner. Bartender was very friendly and recomended some very fine beers for us. The place is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful and friendly, and the food was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and friendly place that has great beer and a really nice atmosphere. more
The new menu at Alpinista is terrific. The service was great, and the owners are pleasant and engaging. Could there be anything better than a pot of cheese fondue followed by a pot of chocolate for dessert....Yummy. What a great new dining experience at Copper Mountain! more
