Food was delicious and staff was careful and attentive. We ate every meal but one here and never got bored! We had one meal somewhere else and they made us sick. Alpinista is celiac safe !!! #glutenfreeheaven

We have eaten at Alpinista every visit to Copper. We have fondue and their raclette. We started with cheese fondue and it was only average. The longer it sat at our table the greasier it became. We ordered the meet and potatoes raclette for two. We knew not to add an additional person to the dinner because they are big.... More

We frequently visit Copper Mountain for a week or more and have frequented Alpinista for breakfast. We did so again this morning and I would like to say that the service was awful. However, I can't really even say that and still be truthful as we did not receive ANY service at all. It was about 9:00am and after the... More

Great food, great view, great atmosphere, great service, great everything. The Brie appetizer was huge and tasty as was the pulled pork sandwich. We sat by the window facing the slopes and watched the town go by. Awesome! The bar seemed busy and fun too.

I could go to Alpinista everyday for the rest of my life and be beyond content. The food, experience, atmosphere, staff, service, and everything, are above and beyond. If you are looking for a restaurant and overall great time, Alpinista is the place to be! :)

Smile and treat people right and they'll treat you right. Remember you're in the mountains, people keep it easy up here. Drink some local brews and eat some good food

Horrible food and service. The owner/manager and servers all smell of cigarettes. After watching all of them go out for multiple cigarette breaks during our hour and thirty minutes there it all makes sense. There also dogs inside roaming around the tables. Do not go unless you like unsanitary dinning and ash in your food.

Loved this restaurant that was located right outside of our condo door. We had anywhere from six to eight people for breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Oatmeal is prepared fresh, not from a package. Lunch salad with chicken was plentiful and fresh. Oh, the french fries are cut from real potatoes right in the restaurant. You can tell the difference,... More

A genuine Euro experience. I first stumbled on this location in the center villagetwo seasons ago and its just as good today, even after changing hands. Karen, the present manager, warmly and genuinely reaches out to guests. Great offerings at the bar, including the best of Belgium as well as Colorado. On this visit, I didn't stop for a meal,... We were greeted with a smile - seated and served promptly. Our server was exceptional and made the entire party of 9 people feel right at home. The fondue was really good and so were the crepes. We will eat here on our next trip to Copper.
