Nice atmosphere and tasty offerings

Reservations Required! We were there on a Sunday evening and glad we called ahead. I had the pork tenderloin with the wild rice and it was divine. My partner had the bbq bison meatloaf and that was melt in your mouth goodness.

The menu here is wonderful for a nice meal in a casual setting. We had the lamb which was some of the best lamb I have had in a long time. We also enjoyed the quinoa and squash dish and of course dessert (bread pudding and sorbet) They have a good wine list for a place at a ski resort.I... More

Great menu with great variety. Very intimate setting. Very convenient if you are staying and skiing in Copper Mountain. Only complaint is they were out of several items on the menu. What we ordered was delicious.

My family and I dined here and we were told before we were even seated that our food order wouldn't be able to be placed for at least 15 minutes because of a problem in the kitchen, which we said was fine. Our server was wonderful, very patient, friendly, and helpful. We all had salads to start which were good... More

I had the $16 burger. The middle was good. The edges tasted burnt. The salad was delicious. Service was fine (not great or poor). Restaurant was dark. Not my favorite.

We ate here on two nights and the food was excellent on both occasions. However, there appears to be a slight problem with staffing. Those on duty are very willing but we were told that several waiters had not turned up...and this caused delays that detracted from what would otherwise have been a better total experience. We feel that top... More

We went there a couple weeks ago with friends - and while the wait was a bit long - the bartenders were great - and the meal once we sat down was really good. The waiter - Chuck D -was professional and knew when to be there and when to leave us alone -and everyone had a good meal. I... More

Excellent food. Fantastic Service. Our waitress (gosh I WISH I could remember her name) was WONDERFUL. She is the lass with all then pens ... great customer service - went to a lot of effort to split out big table's bill up correctly. Good stuff. Did not mind in the least in giving her a decent tip - I'm Australian... More

The fanciest restaurant right at Copper Mountain Resort (ie: slopeside) is CB Grille. Their menu is interesting and varied. Food was above average. We tried scallops (excellent), lasagna (huge portion and quite good but a little sweet for my taste) and buffalo steak (also very good). There were so many interesting things on the menu that we wanted to try... More

I forget our servers name, but he was a young male. He provided exceptional service to my fiancé and I. Since we dined at 8:30, they ran out of the Bison Meatloaf, so I opted for the salmon and my fiancé the steak and fries. Both were delicious. We also had the Copperita and the Moscow Mule, yummy!! It's a... More
