I ate at CB's twice over a 3 day stay. The food was well prepared, well presented and Jason provided excellent service. A small wine list had good value and a couple of great wines. I would highly recommend CB's if you are looking for upscale dining in Copper.

We ate here on our ski trip, and had an enjoyable experience. With 2 small children in our party, it can be tough to eat in a "nice" restaurant but no worries at CB Grille. Coloring books & crayons kept the little ones busy untill their food arrived - quicky as requested. Had a delicious dinner, drinks were good and... More

We did not realize this was a more upscale dining spot at Copper as we stumbled in on our first night after a very long day of travel. We found lighter fare - soup & flatbread pizza - enjoyed the atmosphere, service was great. Soups were original and very tasty. We did not make it back for a full dinner... More

We were ready for bad service because of all the reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor. However the maître de was professional and nice. The server who gave us water was pleasant. Taylor our server was friendly. He did warn my spouse the bison ribeye was fatty/marbled but didn't want me my elk steak was tough. I've only eaten elk meatballs... More

We ate here twice on our ski trip. The first night it was very quiet, but the second time was busier. We didn't wait long for food either time. If you go between 5-6pm you get 25% off food, which is a nice deal. Staff was always super nice. The first visit I had beef tenderloin and hubby had bison... More

food was excellent here. Went twice - first time, no issues and enjoyed everything. Second time - food was still good but the service was TERRIBLE!! took 1-1/2 hrs for us to get our food. Crazy slow. They said it was bc it was crowded that night and the chef was backed up - my advice - HIRE ANOTHER CHEF!!... More

The food was delicious! The wine list is decent but not very long. The atmosphere and decor are perfect for a nice night out. We had good service too. It was very warm, so don't overdress or wear layers you can shed! We had a friend in our group who is allergic to pine nuts, and unfortunately they were mixed... More

We came with a group of eight for dinner after a long day of skiing. We had a 5 p.m. reservation and were a few minutes early. They don't open the doors until 5 - a lost opportunity for a drink at the bar before sitting down. The wine list has a nice variety of offerings at fairly reasonable prices.... More
