The food at this restaurant is very good. I have had both steak and fish, and they were prepared well, with great flavor. I would not recommend the elk, as it is tough and does not have much flavor. Good wine list as well.

Delicious dinner after a long day on the slopes. We cooked in most days but saved up for one nice meal, and it was worth it. Yum!

This is our top restaurant to go to in Copper Mountain. The food and service is always to notch. Our waitress, Molly, was amazing. We started with the Ahi Tuna and it was delicious. Molly recommended the Bison Meat Loaf, which I was a little leery about, but I am so glad I ordered it. It is probably one of... More

We wanted to try the CB Grille while at Copper Mt.I called twice to make a reservation and got the answering machine both times so I left a message that I wanted to come in that night....no call back. We just showed up and there were only 2 tables occupied at the whole restaurant. The hostess said they may not... More

We chose this restaurant above all others at Copper Mountain as it appeared to offer some gluten free choices (per a Google search beforehand) and the promise of a decent meal. Unfortunately the menu viewed prior online was a summer menu, and the winter menu has the choice of practically any meal served gluten free if you forego the sauces... More

That being said, Copper is a small town compared to Breckenridge or Vail, & that's why we like it. You can actually walk and find a parking spot if you drive. CB Grille is a great Steak House for a small location. They constantly update the menu and the appetizers. They have a really decent wine list & the drinks... More

We entered the restaurant , with two filled, the rest of the place, empty, and we were asked if we had reservations. The offerings are modest, the food as well. I suspect the $15 hamburger is the going rate for this area, but it certainly did not live up to its hype .. . neither did the French onion soup.... More

This was a very nice restaurant with a decent wine selection and really good food. Tuna tostadas were great as was the black bean and steak soup. The bison ribeye was also with ordering. Service was attentive and friendly.
