We stopped by after a hike at Kenosha Pass. Last day open for the season so we thought that there might be a few items missing from the menu. But we were happy to have several beers and wines offered in addition to the regular soft drinks. We ordered a variety of 8oz burgers and were happy to report huge... More

We stopped at the Como Depot during a day trip from Breckenridge around the countryside viewing the Fall colors. The staff were friendly and prompt to seat us and take our order. The food took a little long to come out considering the place was not busy but the food was cooked to order and excellent, and huge portions. There... More

The Como Depot is certainly off the beaten path and makes you think you have entered a time warp. This place has the feel of what I imagine an old west dining establishment to be. There is nothing going on here so people have time to talk. The place is slowly being redone by a gentleman from the UK. Well... More

The food was yummy. After working 12hrs in Lakewood, Colorado. I worked up a good apetite. My boyfriend had a burger and fries and I had salmon, rice and veggies. It was very good. Thank you. Rita Bennett from Westminster, Colorado.

Short but sweet menu. Enough choices to satisfy our families varied tastes though. Good tap beer choices. Our evening was highlighted by the resident solo acoustic performer George and his original composition, "Spanish Sunset"!! Thanks George!! See you next time!

We took John Fielders recommendation from Best of Colorado and visited Como Depot Eating House. We were pleasantly surprised given its location, virtually in the middle of nowhere. (We wanted to use the Borreas Pass to get to Breckenridge because of the views along the way.) My wife thoroughly enjoyed the veggie Depot Burrito; it was huge with lot of... More

When we go to Colorado we always try to eat here. I love it. It is such a unique place. Love the history and setting. And the food is very good. I love the shrimp quesadillas. Great flavor, all very fresh and well prepared. My husband had the ribeye and it was very very good. Service is great. Check out... More

We went through Boreas Pass from Breckenridge so finding a decent place to eat was great. The food was very good, especially the bread pudding. Really enjoyed the old pictures of the town and the history.

I had lunch there the other day and ordered the Waldorf sandwich w/ a salad. One word. Don't! It was short on chicken and so long on a mayo based sauce I lost more to the plate than my mouth. But the worst was it so salty it was close to inedible! I should have turned it back but I... More

We live close to Como and decided to eat out at the Depot for our anniversary after reading the menu on the website and the reviews here. We were so disappointed. The menu has nothing but fried food and burgers except for one steak dinner. My husband had that and I had a salad. His steak was very fatty and... More
