Server was higher than a kite. Took 20 minutes to put three sandwiches together. Air recked and its Highly dangerous to work high.

Had a meal here while visiting from Oklahoma. It wasn't bad but definitely not the "Famous Texas BBQ" they advertised. Would I go back...probably but won't go too far out of my way.

We did some work at the Colorado location and even after many calls and lies have never been paid. The owner is a account of some kind. I hope she doesn't file taxes the same way she runs the restaurant.

Not easy to find (off of Rangewood & Woodmen) Ordered brisket sandwich ( my fave) and was unimpressed. VERY LITTLE SMOKE in their bar-b-que. More like a roast beef sandwich. Won't be spending my $$ there again. Average at best.

The ribs were very fatty, the fries were soggy along with the sweet pickle fried pickles and if it were not for the bbq sauce which is actually very good, I would not have been able to force it down. I got the impression that they have no clue as to what they are doing. The mixed drinks are so... More

Great food and people. Owner was on floor, friendly, and personable. Try the smoked wings in lemon pepper yum!

What a nightmare! First, they didn't even plow the parking lot. Food was terrible - fatty ribs, undercooked fries, canned green beans. Slow service. Then they had a problem with their sales system and it took 20 minutes for them to decide to run card on paper. And not a word from manager until we were in the parking lot... More

If you want out of the way, this is it. You are going to have to go to the back of the General Store in Black Forest (NE of Colorado Springs), at th eone and only sotplight intersection of Shoup and Black Forest Roads. If you get that far, the bbq is excellent. I had the brisket, my SO the... More

Our first and ONLY experience here was a nightmare. Everything I ordered on the menu was not available. Tried ordering the big baked potato, didn't have the potatoes. Tried ordering the soup, they had no soup. So I was stuck ordering the brisket which I was fine with in the beginning, but since they had nothing I ordered they gave... More

Nothing exceptional here...Famous Dave's is better. Had a mixed plate brisket and chicken; the brisket was okay, but the chicken was over cooked and rather dry.
