Really exceptional ice cream - Rich, thick and creamy, and best of all it's all natural! Line was very long as the demand for this stuff is great, but the service was quick and professional. When my 7 year old daughter dropped her ice cream on the floor they immediately replaced it, which was quite nice and something they didn't... More

It is a neat setting, indoor and outdoor seating downtown. Good ice cream, decent prices. Wasn't too impressed with the waffle cone, cold and chewy.

J&J's is right around the corner from the hotel where I was staying, so one evening I stopped in for a scoop or two. There were plenty of ice cream and sherbet flavors to choose from, plus plenty of toppings for my sundae. Staff was helpful and quick. There were some sidewalk tables to use if you wanted, and seats... More

Great-tasting ice cream. I loved the butter pecan and my husband had chocolate mint. We appreciated no food coloring to turn the mint ice cream green. Highly recommend this place for ice cream.

It is so expensive and not that great. I really thought for the price it would be fabulous but it wasn't.

We decided to try this place after reading the reviews on TA. The shop had no customers when we went on a Friday afternoon. Four employees were talking to each other and showed no interest in helping us until we finally started to leave. I had the Almond Joy ice cream and was very disappointed. It tasted strongly of artificial... More

I am a local to Colorado Springs and when I want some ice cream I go downtown to get some. I like how they have a free punch card and the colder it is outside the more punches you get on the card until you get to 15 and your next free ice cream. I have gone there when it... More

This was exceptionally good ice cream! Dutch chocolate was my favorite! Kids cups were only 93 cents! First tasted at the Broadmoore then we had to visit downtown location.

Great ice cream made right there in the store. Can tell it is good ice cream by the slightly gummy texture.

Josh and John's ice cream is terrific. Our family of four often visits Colorado Springs and returns to J&J's again and again. This time we indulged in some Salted Peanut Butter, Almond Joy, Malted Mazel Tov ice cream as well as Orange Sorbet. As usual, it was delicious and satisfying. The staff of young people are friendly and the location... More
