Good steaks, decent prices

The cowboy ribeye steak was perfectly cooked - a fair amount of fat, but fairly flavorful. The potato soup was good, and the sweet potato is a little strange with honey butter instead of cinnamon, but still pretty good. I'm a big fan of bread, but their bread just doesn't do it for me. I can't... read more

Ate here with our daughter and son-in-law. As always, the food was great, even if they were out of the prime rib that evening. This is not a cheap steak house but worth the price for both the quality and quantity of food and atmosphere.

On business/vacation and wanted steak. First choice was Ted's, but there was an hour and a half wait. No thank you. Saltgrass was second choice based on reviews. We were very glad the first choice was too long a wait. The appetizer we chose - lemon pepper zucchini - was excellent. For the main dish I chose a t-bone. It... More

Wanted a good steak while in Colorado Springs for work. This was close to my hotel so I figured I'd give it a try. It was surprising slow for an early Sunday dinner. The surf and turf was phenomenal. Might come back again in a few days.

Our 3rd time here did not disappoint. Avacado crab stack, Steak Soup, Chicken Tomatilla Soup...all top notch. Fresh ingredients make all the difference. Super friendly and at times a too efficient staff (can you leave my app's plate alone?). Always a stop when in Colorado.

Came on a Thursday evening around 6, for rge first time ever. Really dead for a steak house. Sat and waited about 45 minutes for our food to finally come. Empty glasses, server never came by. My steak was seasoned well but dry as a bone, my children's food was luke warm. We think it sat in the back awhile.... More

I took my husband here for his first time today. He loved the sirloin! I enjoyed my steak as well. The Saltgrass never disappoints. The staff here were extremely friendly and attentive especially to our little boy.

I had the fried shrimp dinner and the cocktail sauce was really the best I have ever had. I want some more right now. The wait staff was right there when we needed them and it did not take longer to pay our bill than to get our food. Nice! We will be back.

We stopped by early Sunday for diner. We were seated quickly. The waitress came by and told us she needed to drop off some napkins. She had to say hello to us in a certain time frame or she got in trouble. She dropped the napkins and said she would be back. A few minutes later she returned to take... More

Extremely upsetting! Was excited to head out to a nice restaurant and enjoy the night. Had the queso fresco for the appetizerand it was amazing had great flavor. My boyfriend and I both ordered a Caesar salad. Very bland one to two croutons on each salad and was not offered fresh ground pepper. I took a bite out of my... More
