Excellent food and atmosphere at one of Americas best resorts

My husband had the angry trout which was really good. I had the scallops which were "light" as the server had warned - but there were only three. Drinks were ok. Atmosphere was nice. But it was pricy for what it offered.

For starters we had the mac and cheese and summit caesar, both were very good. I don't like goat cheese so I only ate one bite of the mac and cheese. We had 2 of the specials for our entrees, a fish and pork, both were fantastic. This was a nice little trendy restaurant for couples.

This was my favorite restaurant by far during our stay. The decor is exceptional (Adam Tihany) and the food was delicious. The homemade ice creams were to die for ...

We had a private room for about 20 people. The service was really bad. it took a long time to get everything and people's entrees arrived at different time. All of our other experiences at the Broadmoor were really good but this one was disappointing.

Great space, great food and most of all an amazing waiter named Alex from the great state of Ohio. So knowledgeable on every dish that we had an amazing meal. Sommelier even brought me a great glass of rose he had in Hungary. Who knew?

This wonderful, beautiful restaurant was a spectacular dining experirnce. It is gorgeous with even after dark offering great views. The menu was outstanding and every dish delicious. The decor was stunning a service as good as we've had at any 3-Star restaurant anywhere in the world.

If you are staying at the hotel, I must comment that the grounds are beautiful, the checkin staff prompt, welcoming and courteous. Now, the restaurant experience at the Summit: don’t go there unless you only want a drink. After more than an hour—with an 8 p.m. reservation—we sat at our table, dining on cold rolls, good wine and a small... More

We visited the Summit on our anniversary trip and it was amazing. Great atmosphere, great food and great wine. Most of all though, our server Alex killed it. His recommendations were all excellent and when the desert we ordered was sold out, he comped us an amazing alternative with a "Happy Anniversary" message written on the plate. Top notch all...
