We visited during restaurant week. We had excellent service, great food with a nice bottle of wine all in a great atmosphere. Yes, it is the Broadmoor, so good service is expected, and was received. Sit back, take it all in and enjoy each other. What really could be wrong with such a lovely gem right in our own back... More

We ate here on a Sunday night...and there were just too many little things that should not have happened: When we arrived, I was told there was no valet parking; When we were seated, the host attempted to put the napkin in my mother's lap before she removed her coat; When we told the host that our table was "cold"... Diner with business associates last night was exceptional. Everyone truly enjoyed the service and the variety on the menu. We learned the Angry Trout has been on the menu for 8 years. We now know the reason for its long run. The wine selections were impressive also.

We started the evening with oysters and I can't begin to describe how wonderful they were. Briny, sweet and succulent, with a dash of tabasco for some heat. Then we had lobster mac and cheese that can only be described as indulgent; rich, creamy and with enough chunks of lobster meat to qualify this appetizer as a dinner, in my... More

If you're at the Broadmoor, The Summit is a great dining selection for a more formal atmosphere. I must note how fabulous the bread was - yes the bread!! Best I've ever had. My husband had a wonderful lamb dish and others at the table raved about a couple fish selections as entrees. And at any restaurant at the Broadmoor... More

We have eaten here before and the service I think was a bit off last night. Some hits and misses which happen. The chilled avocado soup was amazing - tasted so decadent and yet refreshing. We picked two salads and they split them for us - very nice. We ordered a couple of glasses of champagne to start which was... More

My wife & I enjoyed a very nice evening at the Summit. The restaurant was significantly louder than the last time here. The wine list is quite nice & the server, Lenore, was superb. The salad was good, not great. The "angry trout" was quite good, moist & cooked very well. All in all, it would be a "5", but... More

We liked the contemporary furnishings. The wait staff were excellent and in good humor. I was especially interested in the Angry Trout because the name was so unique. The tail comes up out of the mouth. Sounds gross but it is a stunning presentation. It was my favorite meal that I ate at our 4-night stay at The Broadmoor. It... More

We had delicious appetizers and shared the halibut entree, which was the best halibut I've ever eaten! Service was impeccable, loved the cool, modern vibe. Upscale clientele.

A most delightful dining stop was the beautifully appointed Summit. My chilled Avocado Soup was a superb starter. The Corn Ravioli could not have been more crisp, fresh, and satisfying. My husband had one of the most delicious Cabernets he'd enjoyed in the last several years. My strawberry dessert was creamy and delicious. Even the decaf was superb. Our server,... More
