We have eaten at this restaurant many times and this is the last time we will ever visit. Over priced in both food and service. That said, the sommelier was great and our new waitress was doing her best despite a lack of support For what is advertised as fine dining, the service was strikingly lackluster, almost abusive. When we... More

We just had a wonderful graduation dinner at The Summit. We had a large party (11) and the waitstaff handled it like the pros that The Summit is known for. The food was outstanding. Our group tried many items on the menu and each of us raved about the meal, from the steaks to the swordfish to the chicken. All... More

Maybe I would have been happier if I ordered the beef. But I try to avoid doing that. Swordfish is perhaps my favorite fish--but they found a way to make it completely uninteresting. Oh well.

My wife, Linda, and I had dined at Summit at the Broadmoor once before on a trip to Colorado Spings and promised ourselves that we would return. The atmosphere and and service is second to none and the food is outstanding. Linda had "The Angry Trout" for her entre. The presentation will knock your socks off. A whole trout is... More

A newer restaurant located in the Broadmoor Convention Center with authentic food that you would find in CO matched with very fine wines. Definitely for special occasions.

First, who doesn't want to experience Broadmoor? Beautiful setting, amazing variety of delicious foods, reasonable prices, and attentive servers. You won't walk out hungry, rather very stuffed.

Went with family including new grandchild. Servers were attentive but not too intrusive and were helpful on dinner selections and wine selection. Food was excellent, well presented and in portions that were reasonable. Deconstructed carrot cake was delightful. Even the coffee was good. Enjoyed watching a deer graze through the plantings.

Went here last week for a business dinner with a number of colleagues. The restaurant is modern but not stuffy. We had a private dining room and despite the fact the restaurant was packed the service was first class. I had a salad to start - could easily have been my main, but fortunately I saved some room as my... More

So, when given the opportunity to go out for dinner, friends and I chose to try Summit at the Broadmoor. As the title states, not casual but not fancy... no jeans... After enjoying a Mojito, we went for their appetizer special of Oysters Rockefeller with Gruyere cheese... they melted in our mouths! So glad that our server, Adam, recommended them!... More
