Went there for diner last night with the family. Very enjoyable! I had the Ceaser salad and then had the Venison, which was unbelievable awesome. I've had it before at other restaurants and it had that gamey taste. It was very well cooked and no gamey taste. There was 8 of us in my party and we all loved our... More

We had 20 of us, so we reserved the private room. The food was excellent. The wait staff accommodated all out requests in a timely manner. This is a great place to have a romantic meal or a family event.

I ate twice at the Summit during my stay at the Broadmoor, once with a large group and once with a friend. Both experiences were excellent. The sommelier was helpful and the wine cellar amazing. The menu was clearly explained and the flavours delicious.

We were enticed to visit the summit by the unique wine display in a glass turret! So glad we reserved a table for dinner.. The food was wonderful, excellent service, a bit pricey, but worth it as a treat for a "couple" or group. I wouldn't recommend the Summit for children, due to price and my feeling that this is... They were very accommodating as our party size kept changing. Interesting mix of menu items and seasonal specials. Stick with the American entrees as the French styled were on the small size.

A convenient spot while doing business at the Broadmoor but seriously overpriced considering the appetizer portions of the main courses. On the other hand, good beer and wine selection and the atmosphere is stimulating. If you are in any kind of time constraint, don't count on anything resembling brevity.

As a part of the Broadmoor Hotel this restaurant will not disappoint. Wine cellar/cooler is very cool, and wine selection is great, as is the food. Service, is Broadmoor style, "impeccable!" As I'm typing this, I think I'm going to make a reservation for dinner.
