Got here at opening time (5P) and despite that the food was OUTSTANDING .. .. A classic-looking, dark wooded steakhouse right in downtown .. .. Started with .. .. My husband and I have gone to MacKenzie's several times for special ocassions - birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We are never disappointed with our meals. The artichoke dip is the best in town, and the steaks are always cooked perfectly. My mother had determined that she wanted a nice steak dinner, as her belated birthday present from me, on her most recent visit. I asked around at work and all of my co-workers recomended Mackenzie's Chophouse. So we went. It was really a very enjoyable experience.
