I was stationed in Bavaria for three years and fell in love with everything about the place, so when we came across this place, I was all in. I chose the schnitzel, while the rest of the family opted for the jaegerschnitzel. Portions were definitely not in the Bavarian tradition, but were appropriate for lunch. The beer selection was very... More

The outdoor patio and decor are excellent. ..however the food and portions were very disappointing for the price paid. There sre way better choices in the Colorado springs area

I've been to the restaurant a number of times over the years, I've always had great German food. It truly reminds me of the great meals I've had traveling in Germany. I highly recommend a meal here.

Great authentic German restaurant! I come to Colorado Springs at least once a year, some years twice! It is a great restaurant and is always at the top of my list of places to go! Young kids may not like the non-american food.

Lovely German decor, average service, below average food. German draft beer a plus, but, overall, way overpriced for what you get. I've been to Germany many times and this is NOT authentic German cuisine.

We have lived in Colorado Springs for nearly 16 years and have never been disappointed when we've gone to the restaurant. My wife and I "stumbled upon" Edelweiss on a rainy Sunday evening. We left having had a near religious dining experience. This place is great! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was what I can only imagine to be "authentic German." The meal was amazing. There is a nice selection of beer available, we each selected a german option, and... More

This gem of a restaurant is nestled on Ramona Avenue, between Nevada Avenue and Tejon Street. From the moment you walk in the door, you are transported into an authentic German experience. This family run restaurant boasts genuine German cuisine from the traditional marinated dinner salad with pickled cucumbers and green beans, etc. to the entrees, such as wienerschnitzel and... More

If you LOVE to eat outside like I do, then you may enjoy their outside eating area. They serve you fresh rolls with butter while you wait. YUM... They have different variations of Schnitzel , Sauerbraten, I believe they also have Rouladen. As well as the standby's Bratwurst and Spaetzle. Pretty good beers as well. AND if its your birthday...
