Always good food, fresh and offer vegetarian options. Salsa Brava on Briargate Parkway is one of our favorite restaurants. Love this place......

Salsa Brava is one of our favorites, typically for chicken enchiladas, but today I found shredded chicken and Chorizo sausage enchiladas, with a lovely, spicy brown sauce - and these are the best flavors I have experienced since my early days in LAREDO, TEXAS. This menu item was recently added, and will be available for a few weeks. Our lunch... More

Spent the summer in Colorado Springs and learned of this restaurant from local family members. Mexican restaurants in the States serve different meals but they all taste the same. This restaurant breaks the rice, bean, meat pattern. After our first visit, this restaurant became our favorite for the duration of the visit. Their specials and items on the menu were... More

We love this little restaurant. It's in our neighborhood and there aren't many small great restaurants in our neighborhood. We usually go on Friday nights and there is always at least a 30 minute wait. I don't think the restaurant could have held more people last Friday night. Which makes it fun. The chips served with your drink are delicious,... More

I came here a few months ago and it was pretty good. Tonight....not so much. Ordered the carne asada, which was very tough. But, at least it had real good flavor. The enchilada was rubbery. The rice and beans were eh. The salsa was oily and chips tasted like burnt oil. A bit disappointing.

I came here about 2 1/2 years ago and didn't particularly like it. Then the last couple of months, my husband and I had been hearing rave reviews about it, so we decided to give it another try. Not really worth it, I'm sorry to say. The margarita was good, although VERY strong. The cheese crisp was tasty, but I... More

Salsa Brava never disappoints. Their chips are thin and fresh, and go great with the warm salsa. I got the Baja rolls for my entree, think fish tacos rolled up into a wrap with radishes, pico and guac. Perfection. Their nachos with steak are also a favorite. Great traditional margaritas on the rocks, but skip the strawberry jalapeño one, its... More

Stopped here during a recent trip to Colorado Springs. Glad we did. Acutally it was recommended by a colleague. Descent menue with mulitple options. They do have good size lunch menu and it is just enough food . Wait Staff Daven was great, very attentive and very personable. Had the Baja Tacos which were lightly battered and deep fried. Food... We went there due to the overwhelming positive reviews. We went for lunch and ordered 2 lunch enchilada (red) plates, one Baja taco plate, one lunch burrito (shredded beef) plate, and steak taco plate. The red enchilada sauce very salty, heavy handed on the cumin, and flavorless. The Spanish rice was bland, the beans were dry and flavorless. The steak... More
