This place treats food as an art. It is considered a fine dining establishment, and as such has a changing menu of somewhat limited choice, but when every choice is good, one doesn't mind the limits. Have a cocktail in the lounge before going in to your dinner, but beware--you may not want to leave the lounge! More

We had dinner last night at Steaksmith. The food, service & quality were awesome! Our waiter Dan took such good care of us. He paid close attention without being over-bearing. Reservations are reccommended; we did not know this and did not have any. However, the friendly staff found a way to work us in between reserved patrons. The food, service and atmosphere were all phenominal. The steaks and prime rib simply melts in your mouth! More
