Nice meal

We had the pleasure of dining at La Baguette twice during our stay in Colorado Springs--once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were good but dinner was better. I do believe they seem a bit under-staffed though. We had to wait a long time for the waitress to make her rounds and she was... read more

We just dined there and the food was quite good..... escargot, le steak mont blanc, veal scallopes marsala. The chef is really good. The wine, however, needs some help. Small glasses filled with $9 cabernet and $8.75 Syrah were less than mediocre. It doesn't help that the glasses are tiny (although filled to the brim), but the wine should match... More

Great Atmosphere and delicious breakfast! The decor of the restaurant makes you forget you are Colorado. Service was a little slow but it allowed more time to enjoy looking around.

This restaurant has been a favorite for years. It serves café style French food at fair prices. There have been slight changes over the years...to be expected. However, the latest iteration is going to keep me away. Its charm has been the ability to go to the counter to order food (and/or baked goods) have it brought to your table.... More

It's such fun when traveling to seek out local restaurants. Chains are reliable to a degree, but finding little treasures adds to the experience of travel. Such was the case at La Baguette in Colorado Springs. While the hostess is a little "formal", we very much enjoyed a delightful quiche and soup. It's nice to compare French onion because all... Small family owned chain known for their wonderful onion soup. Have never found as good in the "old country ". Tonight had tomato bisque. For me even more transformative. Rest of meal including steak with pepper sauce also very good. Chef came out during meal to say hello and get feedback. The way a restaurant should be run

We've eaten at many restaurants in Colorado Springs and, undoubtedly, this is our favorite. The food is superb, we love the atmosphere and the service is wonderful. Simple review. This place is simply the best.

I've been here for breakfast several times, and each time the food is excellent. It's obvious a trained chef prepares the food. The eggs are light, fluffy, and seasoned with finely chopped parsley and chives. Delicious! The dice on the potatoes is perfect, the seasoning just right. The coffee is good, too. Oh, and did I mention the blueberry croissants?... More

I was feeling like french onion soup on a cold day so we stopped by LA Baguette French Bistro near Colorado Tech after hearing it had the best soup in the area. It is a small restaurant decorated with a Western European cafe flair. After being seated I ordered french onion soup and hot tea. My wife had the same... More
