Stayed at Hotel next door today and tried to eat here. Seated by hostess and after about 20 minutes was never recognized by any server. Had to leave and go next door to Applebee's. Obviously there is no management at this location.

That's three out of three! I LOVE their cornbread. This is only the second time we've frequented this restaurant the first time being in Texas. Nice tomato basil soup, broccoli rice casserole and shrimp on skewers. The ice cream sundae did us in. Quick refills on the drinks. An all around good experience.

The food here was just average. I asked the waitress what was popular and good. She said the chicken fried steak and barbecue. I went with the 2/3 rack ribs and they were dry and nothing to drool over. In fact, the ribs were poor. My dining partner ordered the chicken fried steak and he was unimpressed. The "black eyed... I visited this location on New Year's Day 2014, craving black-eyed peas.... to my surprise, the resturaunt advertises a free side of black-eyed peas on NY Day...."served family style". So I didn't bother to order another side of black-eyed peas...because I knew I was already getting a side of them. The serving that came was about two tablespoons...maybe only two... More

Walked over here for supper after a long day of exploring while staying next door at the Hyatt Place. Service was so friendly and welcoming. The food was good comfort fare, with a couple dishes being a tad over salted for my taste. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and were happy this place was available when we needed a nice,... More

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The service was very quick and the food was great. We liked all the options for the sides to add to your main. A recommended place to eat (especially if you are staying at the Hyatt Place hotel, which is a 2 minute walk!)

We went with 14 people and the service was excellent. They took care of us and were so friendly and accommodating. I don't think anyone had the same meal and no one complained about anything. I had the open turkey sandwich and it was really good. If you want comfort food, then you must visit this restaurant.

The smoked salmon was the best we've ever tasted. The salad was very healthy - blueberries, strawberries and feta cheese.

The menu is big & varied. The food is always good & the portions are big. It is good home cooking like you would if you wanted to cook. Why cook when you can come here! Huge glasses of ice tea (or whatever you want to drink.) Prices are easy on the budget.

We have a vegetarian, and someone allergic to gluten and dairy, and four more typical eaters in our family. Everone found something they enjoyed. Portions were maybe too large and I wish the waitress hadn't refilled my kids' lemonade glasses, but otherwise we were very happy. Service was excellent. Bring a good appetite!
