Predictable chain food

Easy access off I25, west on exit 138. Visited for lunch; no wait to be seated; quickly welcomed by server. Water and soft drink delivered quickly. Order taken and received in a timely manner. Sante Fe chicken salad was ample but dressing too spicy; dressing should have been on the side. Chili... read more

I read some of the negative reviews of Chili's and just wanted to offer a positive one from our experiences here this month. We have visited several times to watch Royals play off games. The TVs are always on, the drinks are always flowing, and the bartenders are friendly and fun. We have seen them take on some stressful situations,... More

I tried to post a comment on Chili's website but it wouldn't go through, so I'll voice my opinion via TripAdvisor. We've been loyal patrons of Chili's for over a decade, but no more. Over time it became abundantly clear that Corporate Execs were downsizing their product to increase their bottom line, but based on our recent dining experience, they've... More

While on a recent vacation, I ordered Chilis To Go from this location. After arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was turned away by the employee standing at the To Go area and then waited at the bar for my food. When I returned to my hotel (which was across the street from the restaurant), the... More

My husband and I went to Chili's for a late meal and decided to sit at the bar. My husband does not like foam on his beer so he ordered it "no presentation head." We eat out a lot and everywhere we go, restaurants are happy to comply and keep their customers happy. Obviously, that is not the case at... More

We ate here twice during our short stay in Colorado Springs. The first time was for a late night snack after a day of travelling. We shared a plate of Nacos and dips while we had a couple of drinks. We didn't realise that it was 'happy hour' so we received two-for-one drinks and this was a Saturday night! Service... More

I think Chili's restaurants are one of the best values and choices for families out there. A large selection of menu items with consistently good service over many years at this location. The "2 for $20" menu has good selections of mains and makes it easy and affordable to eat as a couple. Burgers and kid's menu are pretty good... More

The usual Chili's. Love the Old Timer Burger and of course the fries. Nice large takeout area for those staying in nearby hotels. 1/2 sandwich-salad option is most reasonable item on menu. Very clean and service was good and timely. Lunch time can be very busy with local business people and tourists all vying for tables and service....go slightly after... More

We chose Chilis because of its proximity to the hotel (across the street). The service was great and so was the food.
