We stopped by here for breakfast one morning and ordered two omelets. The service was good, the coffee great , as were our omelets. I wish we had the time to have lunch there too. I am sure it is fantastic too. Give this little place a try...

Excellent place for lunch! Show up at 11, otherwise line was out the door by 11:30. Had the corn chowder and ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Wonderful! Also had the escargot that was excellent too. My sister had the gazpacho soup that I tried and was also very good. I highly recommend this place for a casual meal!

This place is known for its French onion soup and the reputation is well deserved. The breads are wonderful and the in-house bakery makes it possible to take these treats home.

Stopped in on the spur of the moment. Immediately charmed by the pastry counter. Ordered an apple croissant, a cream cheese croissant, a lemon bar, and a baguette loaf. All were wonderful. We were wishing we had come at lunchtime, because the menu had a lot of interesting choices.

Absolutely perfect. In taking a day for myself, I decided to have lunch alone: just me and my book. I searched restaurants in my area and read a few reviews for La Baguette. One reviewer raved about the chicken salad sandwich and that sounded good to me. When ordering, I asked about the soup of the day-- a French corn... More

I was excited to try the French onion soup but it was disappointing to see and to eat. I will never eat here again

We drove through Old Colorado City after visiting one of the best off-leash dog parks EVER (Bear Creek). Neither of us wanted a full-fledged, sit-down dinner experience while the dog waited in the car. Stumbled upon La Baguette Cafe --it did the trick. I had their Butternut Squash ravioli with a side spinach salad and my daughter had the tortellini... More

Walking thru town we saw this small Café style restaurant and bakery. We are glad we stopped. Soup and choice of sandwich were ordered. the Potato leek soup was excellent as well as the sandwich(Chicken Salad on Croissant). We took home a baguette wonderful!!!

We had coffee and a couple baked goods. They were on par with any good bakery anywhere. They are a really good option given what's in the surrounding but not as good as to making a trip to get there. By all means if you are in Co springs go there for any time coffee and baked goods.

French Onion soup and cheese fondue are to die for! I go for nothing else. Don't care for the salad or the sandwiches but those two things are worth the long drive!
