Great sushi as far from a coast as you can get

I have frequented Fujiyama many times since they opened. Every time the service has bee great, the staff very welcoming and the food delicious! The most recent visit was for a friends birthday dinner and she loved the OMG roll. Their Volcano roll is spicy enough for any palette! Enjoy

Overall, the quality and authenticity of the japanese food here is lacking. Stopped by here on a visit to CS because of the high ratings / reviews, but definitely left disappointed. The rolls were mostly rice, as several other reviews have mentioned, and not rolled tight enough. The tempura was over-battered and over-fried - not at all flaky / light... More

This was literally a destination planned on a quick trip to Colorado Springs. The rolls were so good and tasty and our large group was taken care of nicely. We ordered several rolls, all which were amazing!! The menu looks like it accommodates all palettes from cooked to uncooked rolls. Fujiyama will definitely be a permanent go to when in... More

I live in California but come to Colorado on business trips often. I love japanese food and Fujiyama is the best in this city. I always order the Heart Attack Roll and wine. Their wine selection is amazing. The bartender Isaac is an amazing server, I am always satisfied when I come here

Totally tipsy, so that was going on. But the food was just delicious. Had the sashimi yellowtail with jalapeños and a cherry bomb, couldn't have been happier. So yummy. A must if you're in the Springs.

The service was great here, as were the rolls. My friend also had the yakisoba dish, huge portion and enjoyed it a lot. We arrived around 830 PM, they stop serving around 9, but no problem. The waitress sent us to the Broadmoor for a nightcap, which was great.

If you're into sushi this is the place to be at lunchtime! The food is fresh, they have an amazing selection and the sushi is half price at lunchtime. Definitely a no brainer!! You will not be disappointed!

I just visited tonight, and I have to say what a shame. The food was wonderful, but the service was horrible. Waitress acted like we were a bother. We didn't have loud young children, we weren't drinking, we weren't a loud group ourselves so it wasn't like we were high maintenance. She didn't ask if we wanted more, which we... More

I have eaten here probably two dozen times over the last ten years and every visit is the same - really delicious sushi and really lousy service. Last night was no exception. We had to repeatedly ask for things - such as getting our water glasses filled or getting the wine we had ordered over ten minutes ago - while... More

Went on a Monday during happy hour. It was busy when we first arrived. We arrived at 12:20 and didn't sit down until about 1:10. I was patient because it was happy hour and a holiday. But once we were seated, it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to get to our table. By this point we knew what... More
