Description: Judge Baldwin's was founded in 1993 as Colorado Springs 1st "microbrewery", producing beer with it's 5 barrel system for over 20 years. In the past couple of years Baldwin's has moved away from producing beer and gone exclusively to the taphouse concept. Bringing in different beer selections from all over the state of Colorado, there is always something on draft for anyone's appetite. We have also revamped our kitchen selection with a new menu made with locally sourced ingredients. Located conviently with in the Antler's Hilton Hotel, Judge Baldwin's also features complimentary garage parking for your trip downtown.

I came in with a few ladies the other week after a long day of work. Our server Arial was absolutely lovely! She was very attentive to our wants and needs and went out of her way to accommodate us! It was surprisingly busy for what I am used to on a Tuesday night at a restaurant and she appeared... More

Chef Sam and our server ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name!) were the bright spots in a otherwise disappointing stay at The Antlers this past October. Thank you Sam for taking such good care of us and making us such a wonderful surprise anniversary dessert! You have tremendous skill in the food you create and we enjoyed our... More

A bright spot in a convention week was a nice lunch at this restaurant. We had a combination soup, salad and 1/2 sandwich. It was reasonably priced and very filling. There were only a few waitresses and they were very busy but ours kept us filled with drinks. Definitely go to this hotel restaurant.

We were recently in Colorado Springs for a short stay and had the opportunity to go to Judge Baldwin's. The atmosphere was very nice, however, not a lot different from other upscale pub restaurants. That's where the simularities stop. The service was just plain outstanding! From the moment we arrived, our waitress was attentive, helpful, pleasant, and whole host of... More

Plenty of seating and friendly staff. The food was pretty much standard brew pub fare, hot and tasty.

The decore says standard pub food but the menu has been completely revamped and now it's most excellent. Jalapeño cream cheese tuna appetizer is the best ! Heated parking garage is a perk and free, remember to have your ticket so they can stamp and comp it for you. This would be great for a date night downtown or a... More

Walking into this restaurant in Antler's Hilton, I was prepared for your average pub/grill menu. I ended up being blown away by a much more sophisticated and tasty array of options. We were recommended the ahi tuna appetizer, and this might be the most incredible appetizer I've ever had. Entrees were good as well. Whole experience was enjoyable. Will definitely... More

Hilton's good service, food and ambience. Just off the lobby in the iconic Antlers hotel, this is a fine restaurant with attentive servers. Not the Broadmoor, but reasonable prices and accommodations.

Nothing great. It's a bar with basic pub food. Burgers, Pizza and sandwiches. A nice spot to grab a beer or glass of wine.
