The best EVER! My boyfriend and I had been on the road all night long and finally arrived in Colorado Springs around 6:45. We sat outside for 15 minutes as the lights started coming on. We opened the place up. Our waitress Olivia, was a sweetheart! Such a refreshing smile to begin our first morning ever in Colorado! I order... More

Ate breakfast here while in Colorado Springs. Terrific food and service. I had french toast and coffee. Traveling companion had the breakfast burrito. My french toast serving was normal size but the burrito was huge. Unless you have an outsized appetite, the 1/2 burrito will be plenty. Don't be put off by the outside, the place is clean and the... If this place hasn't bee on it. - it should be. The place is cash only and the food is outstanding (bring your appetite). But the service really shines.

Great little place! It looks a bit "iffy" from the outside, however this is one of those places where you have to let the food do the talking! My personal favorite is the grump and their award winning chilli is simply to die for! If you are in town you definitely have to pay this place a visit

Cool place to visit. I visited their location on Costilla. It is no bigger than 20 x 40 feet. You can take the food to go or stick around an eat at their 50's style counter. Everyone should at least try it once in their lifetime.

Had a breakfast burrito. It was big but not tasty. Friendly service, hte green chili tasted like it came out of a can, way too salty. Definetly not worth the price. I will not return.

The breakfast burritos are rated on the footnetwork magazine and are indeed delicious. They come in a mini size too which made it great for me since i cant eat that much. The place is cash only so make sure you have cash with you when you're there. Parking may be difficult since it is downtown but we found a... More

Me and my husband finally got to check out King's Chef Diner this weekend and it was well worth the wait! A diner that's rockin' is a good sign that yummy food awaits us inside. The waitstaff is fun and funky and the atmosphere is kinda crazy, but it adds to the overall experience. The food itself....one of the best... More

First time going to King Chef Diner and we chose Super Bowl Sunday! We did a little research ahead of time due to the popularity of this place so we knew it was a cash only establishment and sometimes a bit of a wait. The original location is not open on Sundays so we went to the second location. We... More
