Great food love the philly subs I always go for the 12 inch at about ten bucks they are fully filled and yummy. Only issue I have is when I enter and they're not busy especially but last time they had people but I actually walked out as they did not seem to know they had a new customer.. however... More

I am addicted, since April 2010. My picks = Plain Philly, no onions and extra American cheese, and french fries .... Mmmm. Only complaint/tip, The over-cooked shoestring fries. I never get perfect ones, and they are always broken bits like what's left in the bottom of the store-supplied bag, so I ask for "soft-cooked" so its just right, most of... More

The best philly steak and cheese in the area, hands down. The delivery service is phenomenal. One of the few subs that will fill my boys up and not break the bank.

I am a local to Colorado and I went to their Academy location. This is the first time I have been to any place in town that has a phily sandwich. It is in a strip mall. I got their mushroom phily and I love it. I will go back to this place any time I want a phily sandwhich.... More

Don't let the boarded up building that surrounds Taste of Philly or the dilapidated building that houses the restaurant deter you! These are the best cheese steaks in Colorado Springs - maybe even the entire state! The prices are reasonable as well. They really need to remodel the building though - it's almost scarey. Maybe that is part of their... More

I grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, so I know a good cheesesteak when I see/eat one! These are awesome and just like I remember growing up (many moons ago). The difference here from other similar area cheesesteaks is the bread. At Taste of Philly, they actually get their bread flown in from Philadelphia (I am not kidding here) from Philadelphia's... Falls short of my own Philly experiences. I'm used to the cook beating up the ingredients on a dry grill individually for each sandwich -- nothing in bulk.

This is the ugliest restaurant ive ever been to. Ceiling pealing light fixtures broken seats cracked floor filthy. But the reviews were good and im always searching for a great philly. The prices are about .50 higher than whats posted on here 8.39 for a philly but wow these things are stuffed. Huge amounts of meat little too light on... More

When we walked in for mnch there was only a few other customers but were greated promptly and placed our orders for a few philly cheese steaks. The food came out at a good time and tasted excellent. Friendly service and good food for a excellent price.

I go to the one on Union and Dublin for the original. Great taste and value. The beef shaving are very high quality and the combo with cheese sauce on a hoagie is out of this world. The fries are especially good too.
