Bun Dac biet, or the combination noodle bowl is the best dish. The freshest I have ever eaten outside vietnam. The staff is awesome. If you go for lunch go really late or really early because the word is out locally. dinner can be tricky crowd depending on local events, you will not regret dining here.

I had the opportunity to FINALLY eat at the Saigon Cafe in downtown Colorado Springs. From the white tablecloths, attentive service, and delicious food, Saigon Cafe is NOT to be missed. I ordered their combination noodle bowl, chock full of grilled chicken, shrimp, pork, sliced eggroll, delicious noodles, and a light and refreshing dressing, topped with fresh cilantro. Delicious! If you want great pretty healthy Asian food look no further than Siagon Cafe downtown. Excellent selection at both lunch and dinner--great portions and very affordable pricing. Service is also very quick. Great for dashing in at lunch or lingering over great Vietnamese coffee.

Great noodle dishes and Vietnamese salad. Nice service. Very reasonable prices. Nice lunch if you are walking around downtown Colorado Springs.

Stuck at the Wyndham hotel downtown but wanted some Asian food. Walked over to get a takeout. Service was good and quick. Wonton soup and crispy fried noodles with beef were boring. Too far from being even decent Asian food. Totally disappointed. Will not return nor recommend to others. Sorry.

The service was good. The food was "meh"... average. Lacking on the cilantro and vegetables. My noodle bowl didn't have the traditional pile of greens on top... only a few sprigs. My noodles were overcooked and cold. The price is high for what you are getting. For the price, I can't say I will be back. Sorry...

This is always my choice when it is Mom's turn to pick dinner out in downtown. We have always had consistently good service here. The servers are no-nonsense and fast. The food is always fresh and delicious. I am a creature of habit and always order a "bun" which is a huge bowl of shredded lettuce, rice noodles, and toppings... More

The menu had lots of choices and the waiter was very agreeable to changing items in dishes we ordered. My short rib dish was very tasty and it was served on a huge mound of rice. A bowl of won ton soup was more than enough for a meal and loaded with won ton as well as shrimp. The noodle... More

Excellent location with beautiful modern interior (with starched white table cloths). We began with Vietnamese summer rolls (rice paper rolled with pork, shrimp, lettuce, rice noodle and mint); vegetarian versions are available. The noodle bowls are their house specialty. I enjoyed the grilled pork with rice noodles, bean sprouts, cucumber, mint, and lettuce, topped with crushed peanuts and fried onions... More

My favorite dish is the Vegetarian Spring Rolls, The Husband loves the Lemongrass Chicken. Everything tastes very fresh and good.
