I live near the North Nevada La Casita, and rarely get food prepared consistently. The steak fajita salad would be a favorite, but I've had to return it twice in the past year because there is very little lettuce! It's a salad, and an expensive one at that; $8.00! Just purchased a breakfast burrito that is delicious, but our sopapillas,had... More

We love La casita! They have 3 restaurants in Colorado Springs. We prefer the one on 8th strew but food is always good and always consistent. We have used them to cater events and they do. Superior job. Breakfast burritos to fajitas-just the best!

We love to visit La Casa and enjoy the food, atmosphere and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this tucked away restaurant to all. Very authentic mexican food at a fair price.

This local chain has a few sites in town but we usually eat at the Nevada Ave location. One of us always gets the chicken fajitas-include fresh guacamole-and you have GOT to get the Borracho beans instead of re-fried-'dem beans are deelish! They also have great fresh-made tortillas. Inside, the place is very simple (the location photo on this site... More

I always go for the "all-you-can-eat" Mexican plate. Great value for your money and all the items on the plate are good - taco, cheese enchilada, rice, refried beans with fresh tortillas. On this trip I tried the tamales. Very good. This is another restaurant I always visit when I'm in town.

The all you can eat lunch is a good value for the money. The food is pretty good except for the tacos. Both dine in and take out are available. Service was at a pick up counter. My order was taken promptly; and the food came just as fast. The dining area goes lacking. Time worn tables, and chairs from... More

I am from AZ so I am particular about my Mexican food. I also know how to make everything from scratch. I have been to La Casita many times during my visit to CO and it always pleases me. My grandsons had the bean and cheese burrito (.99 special) and I had 3 beef tacos this time (also .99 each).... More

This was our first time at this location for a quick Mexican food meal on our way to Church. We both had the same dinner plate ( 2 ground beef enchiladas etc.). We picked them up and I went to the salsa bar which had the mild salsa looking like it was ready to sour? The fresh tortillas were warm... More

From there hand made tortillas to their carnitas, and chili rellano's you won't find any better (at least in a restaurant :) ! Every time we go to Colorado Springs, this is a must stop place for us. We LOVE their salsa bar, it is super yummy! Highly recommend it. We were thrilled they now have on in Pueblo!
