We met family for a week in Colorado Springs and decided to go to Phantom Canyon Brewery for dinner one night. It was outstanding! The smoked Gouda soup was the best I've had and my Asian marinated flat iron steak was excellent as well. The beers were fantastic and overall it was a great meal. Nice ambiance. Attentive wait staff... More

We decided to go to this restaurant because it is near Pikes Peak Center and we were going to a show later that night. The restaurant is nice and open and bright. It was not too busy when we were there so it was nice and quiet for us. We had an appetizer that had fried chicken and a biscuit... More

Upon visiting the Springs, the locals choose Phantom Canyon. The idea was to seek a decent meal, and based upon the weather, they'd mentioned the outdoor deck at the brewpub. The unfortunate reality, was that upon arrival, we'd been told we could not access the upstairs outdoor deck because one of our party was under 21 and thus could not... More

We're visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. The hostess was friendly enough, but our server seemed not so interested. Perhaps she was just busy? Regardless, it didn't impact our experience. We started with the chicken & biscuit appetizer along with the hot pretzels and honey mustard. The chicken was drizzled with chile oil, onions,... More

Big and expansive enough to accomodate crowds, this downtown pub was a good find for first time visitors to C-Springs. Party of 2 arrived early (630ish) and were seated at a spacious table. Service was timely; lettuce wraps were fresh and tasty, as were the fish and chips. Washed down with the house Hef ("Alpenglow"), a nice early summer beverage... More

The flat iron was good. Most tables are high-tops. A few regular tables by the windows. A good view of the mountains except with one building in the way.

Went in with a group - parents with 4 well behaved and respectful teenage boys. Planned on full meals, but the waitress was so unfriendly and bothered by our presence that we ended up with drinks and appetizers. Even at that I had to get up to get our table service pieces, she was irritated by providing refills, and was... More

Our poor waiter was overworked when we visited Phantom Canyon Brewing Company on a Thursday night. He did a good job keeping up, but he had too many tables to wait on. I ordered the green chili, which was really good. The only drawback to my dinner was that the chili was quite spicy, and not served with any sides!... More

Drove to Colorado Springs and were tired and hungry when we got here. Found this place downtown and were very happy with the food and drinks. Artichoke dip, Tabasco lemon fried chicken and raspberry cheesecake, all were delicious. Tried a couple of different beers and they were great as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service, excellent food, even better brews. Had the pretzel appetizer, Fifty 50 sliders, Basic burger, kids chicken and burger. Happy hour beer specials for $2.75!
