Really good food!!! nice IPA's

The service was attentive and the food was superior! The Scottish salmon was a hit at the table. If they offer lemon basil soup of the day, GET IT!!! I am not a cream base soup person, but this was so light and delectable!!! I had the thai rice curry dish, ok, nothing great but filling. We were... read more

We visit here often and the food and service are consistently very good. I love the food. Our server was happy friendly and took very good care of us. The recent remodel was a bit disappointing. The overall design is aesthetically pleasing, but the comfort of the booth is "not good". The booth seat was very soft, too low, the... More

This little place is amazing. The calamari was great, but nothing can touch the chops and waffles. If I'm ever back in the Springs, I'm going back.

I was staying in Colorado Springs for a night and stopped in at the Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. for some dinner. The staff was excellent, especially Patty at the bar who was very friendly and took good care of me. I was able to taste all their proprietary beers I wanted to dial into the one I liked. The food... This brewing realy has some great beer and pleant of atmosphere. If you are into billards than this is a great place. The seating is laidout very well in the restaurant area and the bar areas have plenty of sitting as well. The bar food is all I have tasted and it is different than some bars....try the Pretzels....amazing !!!

Located in the historic Cheyenne building in Downtown, Phantom Canyon is definitely a destination Brewery. My colleague and I came here for dinner on the recommendation of our client, and it was a solid choice. This atmosphere is a mix of classy and casual so it would be a great place to take clients, a date or just grab a... More

Had a great server and a good lunch. I've been here a few times and always have the same Chicken meal. It's so tasty. Easy to get to and a nice atmosphere.

They make amazing craft beers in house. My favorite is Zebulon's Peated porter. The food is always awesome & tasty. Daily specials are always available. It's in the 3 story Cheyenne bldg. The second floor has pool tables & another bar & food is available. The top floor has banquet rooms. It's one block from the heart of downtown Colorado... More

We went to the Phantom Canyon for dinner with some friends. It has just completed a major remodeling effort, and look really nice. It still has the original western ambiance, but with a nicer look. The food was really good! The portions were plentiful. The staff and servers were very friendly and helpful. It was nice. I'd highly recommend it!!
