I liked the beer selection, many to choose from. Also glad there was a hefeweissen choice. My fish and chips were very good, lightly breaded and nice, thick pieces of fish. My friend had the 50/50 sliders....VERY GOOD! The sweet potato tater tots were pretty good; first time I've seen this on a menu. Convenient to walk to if staying... More

I'll go on a limb and say that pretty much anything here is great. This is one of my top choices for parties - the room on the second floor is great. My absolute favorite is the salad with the hot bacon dressing. I've been here several times and always had great experiences. The appetisers are also awesome.

I attended the CMBC Lunch today at Phantom Canyon and it was the worst meal I have every had! They serve the meal as a family style so many things are wrong. First no one came by to pick up the salad plates, the food was all slopped into one big tray that was hard to hold and hard to... More

Very hard to get a table, extremely noisy atmosphere, and it was hard to get our waitress to take care of just two people. My husband and I both had the bacon burger sliders and they were excellent. The beer was good but not the best we've ever had. Thought the prices were high for the experience. Would try again... More

Went here while staying downtown for a couple nights. Hubby was quite impressed with the beers. Food seems kind of hit and miss. Some dishes we ordered were great. Others were just meh. Downstairs is kid friendly which is nice. Weird layout for the restaurant but looks definately like a brewery.

This restaurant and brewery consistently has good food with a menu that changes. Their best beers, such as Rail Yard Ale, are always available along with interesting seasonal ales that frequently change. Their brew master is actually a real brew master and very amiable. The upstairs is perfect for both dining and pool. This is one of our favorite establishments.

Great brewery that you can get a great meal. Recently stopped in for lunch and had a fabulous chicken fired steak. the brew to wash it down was locally brewed and added alot to the meal.

We seek out local breweries when we travel, and Phantom Canyon Brewing was on our list. I had a flight of their beers and they were all quite good. I also tried their smoked gouda soup (made with one of their lagers) and it was outstanding! It seems that each brewery in town makes their own cheese/beer soup and we... More
