We had dinner here after a long day of hiking, and it was delicious! They had ~12 beers on tap, and after sampling a few, we both easily found one we loved. The food is varied and delicious - it varies from standard brewpub fare (burgers) to Thai curry fried rice, and both our meals were wonderful. The service was... More

We always look for microbreweries to eat at when we travel, and this one was a good one. My husband had a salad which he loved, and I had the Stout/Gouda cheese soup. Very popular place to eat based on the number of people there.

I must be spoiled coming from Michigan but this place had just average beer. Nice atmosphere and super cold A/C. IPA was terrible. The Brewer needs to go to Founders in MI to see what a real IPA tastes like

Service was great. Food was good but nothing exceptional and a little over priced. Beers and drinks were great!

We had dinner here on out trip to Colorado Springs. The food was great. I had the cheeseburger and it was one of the best that I have had in a while. It is family friendly. They have a good kids menu and provide coloring activities to keep the kids busy. I didn't try any of the beer, but my... More

We had a great experience here this past weekend. My party of 4 got a table by the window which was fun for people watching and looking at the beautiful downtown area. Everyone was happy with the beer they ordered and I personally had a hard time ordering because everything looked great. I ended up with the lamb belly tacos... More

I have been going to Phantom Canyon for years and I continue to go back for the food, beer and atmosphere. They have their classics that if you're a regular you would miss (peanut encrusted tofu salad SO GOOD) they change up their menu seasonally to keep things interesting (chicken and waffles fancy style) and their brews are one of... The atmosphere was great-- a lot of energy, happy people and beer! But the food and drink and service were mediocre. We went on a Wednesday and they were busy but our server lacked personality and motivation. The service wasn't bad because she was overwhelmed or busy, rather because it just seemed like she didn't care. Maybe it was because... More
