Relaxed Atmosphere, Interesting Menu

Its has been many years since we dined at Phantom Canyon so we thought I would check it out. The Friday night crowd seems to be more casual and laid back than I recalled in years past, a good thing, since I was dressed down myself. Great beers, pool tables upstairs which are a great way to relax after a hard days work (or driving up Pike's Peak). Love the food - love everything about it!

This bar has three stories. The bottom floor is a restaurant, the second floor is a bar, and the third floor is a reception space. We were there for a wedding, and I was very impressed by the reception! It was the perfect size for a small to midsize wedding, with great views of downtown Colorado Springs. The bar is... More

This was our first time back to Phantom Canyon since the remodel. They have a new food menu that tries to be fancier than it is. Previously they had solid pub grub type food that went well with the beers that they served. Now the menu has some fancier items that don't work very well. My wife had the tuna... More

In the family weekend and brewpub crawl, Phantom Canyon was one of the early choices. So we did lunch. The main room was a bit crowded, and there was also a special event somewhere, so service was a bit harried and food a bit slow. The crowd started with Calimari (with cherry pepper relish and garlic aioli), and fish and... More

The meal was very good. We had a peppers app which was unique and very good! Beers were cold and also very tasty. Dinner was well prepared, don't think you can go wrong with what they have. Only complaint was it is loud...

Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. used to have a lot going for it. The dining was above par, the downtown location -- near major event centers and plenty of parking -- made it easily accessible, it was one of the few late-night dinner places in Colorado Springs, and it had the welcoming feeling of a neighborhood pub. That was before the... More

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is housed in a grand historic building- The Cheyenne building – built in 1901. Fortunately, the Cheyenne building escaped the decimation of Colorado Springs' historic downtown in the 70s and 80s, and later plans to tear the building down for a parking lot for the nearby library. A huge thank you to the owners. The brewery... More

Phantom Canyon is a very noisy place the acoustics are not conducive for allot of people gathering and talking. They do however have great beer Blond is my favorite. Upstairs is a pool hall also noisy and the floor shows many years of spilled beer kind of nasty. Sorry folks on this one, so get a gallon of beer go... More
