This is a historical building turned into a brewery bar with food. It has recently been completely remodeled to be a more modern sports bar. They did a good job with the whole remodel and their food is good. Good but not great. Parking is a bit of an issue with street meters the main parking.

Went here on a Monday night with my wife while on vacation. The place was busy but not crowded, had no trouble getting a table. The beer menu was large with around 12 choices. I had the porter and it was very good. The food menu was good though not many appetizer choices. Had pretzel bites and chicken dummies and... More

One of the best burgers in town, although you have many choices on the menu! Located in a great location and plenty of parking.

Went with a large group (36) for work dinner. We made reservations but they only had seating for maybe 28 so they scrambled to squire more chairs in. Besides that service was good and fast. I was expecting a little larger menu but what they did have was good. I liked the appetizers more than my meal (pretzel bites and... More

My brother was visiting from SC for some golf, craft beer and good food. We picked the PC because it is nicely located downtown, has historical interest and is one of our areas first brew pubs. We were there on a Thursday night but there was still a big crowd. Fortunately we arrived early, around 630pm, and had no problem... More

Pulling into Colorado Springs late in the evening, we were lucky to find this restaurant open downtown and still serving plenty of tasty choices. We ordered the midwest “nachos” (kettle chips, a bit heavy on the bleu cheese), the short rib pot pie (flatly delicious!) and the panko-crusted chicken sandwich (also delicious!). Prices were very reasonable for a downtown dinner,... More

Convenient to downtown, liked the beer selection. Food choices were not as extensive as I would have liked. Portobello po' boy was okay, would not order again.

Recommended by our hotel, good food and excellent attentive service, our party had Cobb sandwich, fish and chips and citrus salad with salmon as the protein. Bartender explained beers and menu and was very pleasantly, no problem moving under cover as the raindrops started. Salads were pan squash. Go on down ;-)exceedingly fresh with figs and pattypan squash
