Dinner and a beer

The meal was very good. We had a peppers app which was unique and very good! Beers were cold and also very tasty. Dinner was well prepared, don't think you can go wrong with what they have. Only complaint was it is loud...

In the family weekend and brewpub crawl, Phantom Canyon was one of the early choices. So we did lunch. The main room was a bit crowded, and there was also a special event somewhere, so service was a bit harried and food a bit slow. The crowd started with Calimari (with cherry pepper relish and garlic aioli), and fish and... More

Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. used to have a lot going for it. The dining was above par, the downtown location -- near major event centers and plenty of parking -- made it easily accessible, it was one of the few late-night dinner places in Colorado Springs, and it had the welcoming feeling of a neighborhood pub. That was before the... More

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is housed in a grand historic building- The Cheyenne building – built in 1901. Fortunately, the Cheyenne building escaped the decimation of Colorado Springs' historic downtown in the 70s and 80s, and later plans to tear the building down for a parking lot for the nearby library. A huge thank you to the owners. The brewery... More

Phantom Canyon is a very noisy place the acoustics are not conducive for allot of people gathering and talking. They do however have great beer Blond is my favorite. Upstairs is a pool hall also noisy and the floor shows many years of spilled beer kind of nasty. Sorry folks on this one, so get a gallon of beer go... More

the beer was great -- especially the flights. I had a nice, if expensive, burger. The wait was quick and the server did separate checks for 14 people -- amazing!

On our first visit we came in and it happened to be happy hour! The price of the Beers are $2.75 each! Which is a real bargain! They also have happy hour on their liquor as well. we drank a few cocktails... chatted it up with the locals and the bartenders, everyone was fantastic and we really had a nice... More

Visited Phantom Canyon on our last night in the area and we were sorely disappointed. Our server was slow, the restaurant was not overcrowded, we asked for a couple of beer samples, were told they didn't have the ones we wanted so our waiter brought out his choice of a sample instead. I asked for a different one and the... More

There are so many different options on this menu and the ingredients are amazing. The ambiance is great and appears to be hip and newly renovated. Waitstaff is helpful. The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of 5 star is that somehow there was flavor missing from the

Went to try the brewery's fares. Was well pleased. When we travel we enjoy checking out the local micro breweries. We had a pint of different beer each then we shared the sampler, 4 five ounce samples. Enjoyed the tasty hot pretzels. Had a good time. The bar is beautiful Go and enjoy
