Total disaster. My husband and I have been going to the Phantom Canyon Brewery for 20 years, but never again - unless it reverts back to its former self. The new owners took a warm, fun brewery/bar/restaurant and turned it into a hospital operating room. Seriously, all the new lighting is so ugly and bright, you could perform heart surgery... More

Visiting the area and ventured into Phantom Canyon mainly in part of its good ratings...all I can say is what a disappointment. Among their flight of beer, the only one that stood out was the IPA; everything else was unbalanced. For food I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries…the food was extremely salty, to the point that I felt nauseous... More

The food was excellent and the atmosphere is very cosy and relaxing. We tried several beers among the group, there is something for every taste! I recommend the Colorado Burger (for which you can select type of cheese and side) and the "Send me a postcard" beer if you like fruity and light beer.

It is touted as one of the best restaurants in the springs, but honestly, I have had better food, drinks, and service at a number of different places around town. The waitstaff don't seem to appear as though they really want to be there, and when I asked about a beer I had ordered there before, the waitress rudely informed... More

I have been going to Phantom Canyon for many years. They did a thorough update of their first floor restaurant. It is very nice for a bar and the food is always good quality. I was there last night to meet a colleague for a beer. They really have a great selection of beers on tap. If you are a... More

Had a group event there one afternoon after work. I was excited about visiting this brewery as I enjoy craft beer and the beer was good. We had the upstairs reserved so I did not get to see the main downstairs area. It is an older establishment with character and as such it's a beer pub for your pals to... More

IT WAS RATHER HARD TO DESIDE WHAT TO ORDER. Several items looked good enough to order. My Lamb belly Tacos were very tasty ONCE they got it to me the way I wanted it. All in all...we will tryin again. WARNING..... It was VERY LOUD.

Been there with my wife a couple of times now. Food has been delicious both times and the service was very friendly. My personal favorite is the sweet potato tots with smoky ketchup. Quite good! The buffalo wings are good but don't have much spice to them.

This downtown restaurant/micro-brewery has a very nice decor, attentive wait staff and good food. If you are downtown, it is definitely worth a visit!
