My bf and I have been going to Phantom Canyon for years. We have never been disappointed by a single visit. The atmosphere is great for a group gathering or a nice date. From the appetizers to the entrees and their beers...you can't go wrong especially for the price. I would highly recommend that you try their daily specials. The... more

This place is always packed. I find it rather mediocre. They offer two floors with bar, pool tables, private dining rooms and a casual dining room. I don't care for their brews... don't seem very complex or exciting, though they are fresh. Food is standard bar/casual restaurant fare, nothing creative, no apparent local ingredients or seasonal offerings (chicken lettuce wraps,... more

Usually its either great food or great beer. Phantom Canyon has both, with an emphasis on tasty hand-crafted beers on tap and the raucous atmosphere to go with it. During our visit to Colorado Springs, we went twice and each time wishing we had a place like this near us. The quality of the beer is unmistakable. I loved the... more

While on vacation visiting my family in Colorado Springs, my wife and I left the kids with my parents and had a date night. My parents recommended we go to Phantom Canyon. It was definitely a good recommendation! We were greeted and seated immediately, and within 5 minutes our server took our drink order. My wife ordered the Strawberry Lemonade... more

4 of us went about 8pm on a Thursday. We got a table right away and our waiter was very good. We all tried different dishes and different beers. We all were very happy with our selections. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely go here again. more

My girlfriend and I stayed in The Springs for a night on our spring break and we found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. The service was awesome. Our waiter was very helpful and even advised against my purchase of the pork tenderloin because he said it was a bit tough that night. The food was great. I had the salmon and... more

One of my favorite hangouts, for lunch, dinner, or after midnight. Great food, great atmosphere. Try the gouda cheese soup! more

My husband is an avid 'beer sampler'- always on the hunt for good local brews. After hearing that they also have good food, we decided to try Phantom Canyon. The beer was quite good- brewed locally. The sampler was somewhat overpriced and very small 'samples.' The food was pretty good. Salad was large and fresh, but wasn't very flavorful for... more

We enjoyed everything we ordered here- the appetizers are great and the entrees are even better. Personal favorite was the shepherd's pie- made with big chunks of tender lamb, not boring ground beef. Great dessert too. We'll definitely be going back here. more
