For us it's right down the street and a must hit for breakfast before hiking the North Cheyenne Canyon and Park, going to Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo or Will Rogers Shrine. We bike here and they on to the other great destinations. Excellent coffee and great food. A bit pricey compared to a busier restaurant, but not much... More

I was at an estate sale across the street and decided to try it out. The atmosphere was nice and I looked like a great neighborhood place for coffee or wine in the evening. I ordered an omelet and he asked how I wanted it cooked. What I got was just awful! I couldn't even eat it. The "toast" was... More

We stopped here shortly after the cafe had expanded their service to lunches. The bar license had just come in the day before so my husband was delighted to get a high-quality micro-brew. I had warned them of my food sensitivities and they were very careful. The food was a real treat for me. My husband assumed a turkey sandwich would... More

Our two visits to Sacred Grounds this summer have both been very enjoyable. Our first visit was with a group of a dozen. All of our beverages were prepared accurately and fast. Fresh baked goods await along with several beverage options. The pumpkin and banana breads are my favorites. Breakfast to order also available. In and out dining along Cheyenne... More

We stopped into this coffee shop on the way back to Broadmoor from the zoo. The staff were rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. One of usd ordered a piece of pie for $4.00 that was frozen in the middle and one of us ordered an italian soda, which had so much ice in it that... More

I was one of the frequent costumers until Waldo Fire, I did travel from Mountain Shadows to Sacred Grounds for the great coffee and pumpkin bread they made, or better yet just to made in the past. The pumpkin bread taste more like unsweetened cake wit coloring and cinnamon. The mango smoothie taste like Pina Colada. The Barista try to... More

We ordered four sandwiches to go. All were very good. We got two ham and cheese, one chicken salad and a peanut butter and jelly. We also had fresh fruit, chips and soda. I would eat here again for sure.

The owner of this coffee shop is very rude and the coffee isn't worth the price.

Lovely, serene setting on the way to Seven Falls and/or Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Excellent coffee and pumpkin bread! Dog friendly (like 99% of Colorado). Nice patrons who typify the "life is good" experience rather than the Ft. Carson/USAFA experience. Friendly and welcoming service.
